"A great tool for so much more than a presentation"
4/5
What do you like best about Keynote?

Keynote is so much more than a PowerPoint copy. I love that you can use keynote to create short animated explainer videos, gifs, and other video content that requires frequent text edits. For those who need a quick video that is text-heavy, keynote is easy and doesn't require a background in video editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keynote?

If you are used to Microsoft PowerPoint, there is a large learning curve. But more importantly, most other companies use PowerPoint. Keynote is great for our internal meetings or when saving an attractive presentation to PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good for Presentations, but take time to get used to it."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keynote?

It's a good software for presentations and there are many templates available online to make the presentation look good. Also, just like in the Numbers and Pages, there are many features that make the design look sleek. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keynote?

For a PowerPoint user, it takes time to get used to where the features are located that you're looking for. While many things are easier, it just takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keynote is the better choice"
5/5
What do you like best about Keynote?

I love how user-friendly Keynote is. This apple product does what you expect an Apple product to do - the usability and consistent nature is appealing. This is our agency's go-to platform vs. PowerPoint. We use Keynote to create proposals, RFPs, and both internal/external documnets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keynote?

Not a whole lot I dislike. I would say my only complaint is the inability to copy text from Keynote over to pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
