Each tenant has their own code, valid only for their stay, and as soon as they drop off the keys, they are no longer available. Keycafe has come in clutch versus our old way of using IglooHome lockboxes. It hasn't suffered downtown (we expected some downtime) and has been relatively easy for our rental vehicles users to pick up on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

KeyCafe needs to have the ability to change the box codes significantly easier - 1. A mass update of all boxes (scramble the codes) 2. Change the code every time a box is used.
