I really like Keycafe for its simplicity and speed. It's super helpful in tracking who has which keys, when the keys were checked out, and when they were returned. The Keycafe system is simple to set up and use. After adding a key, you can assign permanent users or create temporary bookings for that key. The system also records who takes the key and the exact times it is picked up and returned.
