KeyCafe allows us to use codes at the console, a phone app, or a website browser to check out keys. This really simplifies things for all of us--we use the KeyCafe box quite frequently. Initial product set up was clean and easy. It is easy to add people to use the tool, change key access, and troubleshoot. Managers such as myself can determine who has keys checked out. One time I had a key showing checked out but it was actually inside the box due to a technician mistake. I was able to get help very quickly to correct the issue and gain access to the key again (under 10 minutes). The help documenation online is well written and easy to follow. This is really minor because it happens with all phone apps out there but I did recently have an issue where I could not check out keys from the phone app and had to use my code instead. The app would spin and spin on the request and never allow checking out of keys. Deleting & reinstalling the app fixed the issue in minutes. Overall this was a minor hiccup.
