What do you like best about Key Survey?

in this software we can do the create, manage and analyze survey data. In this we can create many form like customer feedback , employee related survey, market research and many more things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont think so their is any issues but sometimes this has slow response. otherwise everything is good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Key Survey?

What i like best about this software is hard to say...it could be either it's simplicity or it's automation/ But between the two, automation is my favorite part. I love the professional layout of content, because it makes the online surveys look extremely well done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Key Survey?

What i dislike about this product is not actually about the product, it's about the customer service when call the 1800 number. It's best to use the chat box on the website for better service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Key Survey:

Make as many surveys as you can. This is a great tool and a worthwhile investment for new and established companies. Use online customer service because calling in for support or questions is a headache and a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
