What do you dislike about Key Survey?

Helped the company solve the problem in market research analysis. It analyzes data with tools that bring excellent results to the organization. What do you like best about Key Survey?

Key Survey is very outstanding software, which provides excellent long-term benefits, such as raising a business, and improving the quality of each service. Key Survey is very different from the other survey platform, since this software has very good statistics of results at the end of the each survey, this is the factor that compliments it, every time a survey ends, results are shown in graphs with its respective way. What do you dislike about Key Survey?

In this way, it is very complex to understand each of the functions in this platform. I don’t like the price of Key Survey, it is very expensive to pay each of the plans proposed by the Key Survey. KeySurvey is a really cool survey application that lets you capture feedback from customers and internal users. It provides users anywhere, anytime access to surveys and feedback. Its seamless, secure and ensures that data is accurate and integrated. KeySurvey also has a separate interface for management to oversee operations as they are happening in real time. most of the survey is to long. is suggest to make it short. and Demographic questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Key Survey solving and how is that benefiting you?

You cannot search for responses by customer name. If at any time I need to go into the back-end and download a PDF of results for a customer, by default I need to look at the time and date stamp of when the survey was completed and submitted. The highlights and usefulness are by a long shot the top tier. No other software out there looks like this one. While the technical support administration is incredible, you can undoubtedly tell when they have another new staff . Generally they will be no notable assistance. When i see that issue i close the window and attempt again and consistently gets the required assistance. What do you like best about Key Survey?

KeySurvey software offers a wide range of features; one of which is offering conditional, "custom" surveys. Other programs do not seem to provide this as an available option. The program is also easily utilized, user-friendly and has multiple distributing options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Key Survey?

The cost of KeySurvey is on the pricier end of the spectrum. Also, when it comes to finalizing surveys, I did hit a few minor snags completing end modifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many different options for questions and for responses, allowing you to mix and match as needed. You can do multiple choice, lists, drop down, short answer, comments, etc. You also have the ability to require a minimum or maximum number of items selected it answered. With lots of options and customization, there is a definite learning curve. Figuring out the software was easy enough for me, but I was not surprised other co-workers struggled to find the selections they we're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
