Key ESG is a highly intuitive and easy to use platform. A lot of time and attention has been put into simplifying the complex world of ESG data collection and reporting through the portal. The dashboards, customisation and reports are all excellent. Customer service is excellent and the FAQ sessions are valuable ways to ensure that several users (often with the same questions) are able to troubleshoot with a member of the team.
