As a lawyer, I can log on and easily understand everything, follow along, check the audit log, and do everything I need to without having a lot of knowledge about the back end of a website. I also appreciate that Ketch is constantly updating and staying on top of privacy news and legislation, which helps me ensure my company is in compliance without having to do the research. Using the audit log is really helpful, especially when responding to data privacy requests from consumers. What do you dislike about Ketch? I think the audit log could maybe be easier to track. Having to have a consumer look up their ID can be challenging. I also think that it could be improved by making it less complicated, putting some features behind the advanced settings so we can focus on the most imporant things. Ketch is most helpful by setting the standards for privacy compliance across all regions that have varying privacy regulations. Having those baselines covered meant that I could focus on adding the specific touches to make it look like it was a dedicated piece of our environment. The templating system let's me create a UI that matches our brand identity. The flexible deployments and regional targeting mean that I can create the right setup for each user and know that those experiences will be delivered to the correct users every time. The script doesn't impact performance of our website and the documentation and support answered all of our questions as we created each deployment and target region. The templating system doesn't have awareness between the different modalities so there's a lot of copying and pasting that needs to be repeated for every theme. It's doing this without us having to be experts in each different regulation and regime. I love the simplicity of Ketch, especially with its integration and design. It's easy to put onto a website and complies effortlessly with regulations worldwide. I really appreciate the tracking system, which works well for monitoring when people accept cookies. I found integrating the new team to be quite difficult initially. It was pretty challenging to transfer onto the website, and changing simple things like colors and borders felt like a whole process. There is a regulations page that updates frequently with new privacy laws that are coming online. Additionally, the initial setup of Ketch was very easy, which enhanced our overall experience. We feel that the tool is a good value relative to the price and we liked being able to customize the contract to get the features we needed. Transitioning from OneTrust, which seemed outdated, Ketch's intuitive UI felt seamless and perfect for our small team. The implementation process was incredibly fast, taking only about three weeks compared to the three months it took with our old vendor. The UI is very user-friendly, and the data rights automation flows are excellent, making life easier for our customer service team, which used to handle these tasks manually. I'm also impressed with the native integrations, particularly with Shopify, Klaviyo, Attentive, and Amplitude, which makes connecting all our systems simple. Working with Mike and his team on automating some of our data rights flows has been wonderful. What do you dislike about Ketch? Some of the things Ketch could improve on are just cookie scraping. They are missing a couple of our smaller cookies.
