What do you like best about Ketch?

I really like that Ketch is very easy to use and it has all the features we need. The interfaces are very intuitive, and their onboarding process was fantastic. They were there to assist us when needed, with our implementation specialist Josh being extremely knowledgeable throughout our implementation. The easy-to-deploy cookie banners and privacy settings include everything we'd expect, and the fact that, as laws and policies change, Ketch automatically makes updates for you is another great feature. What do you dislike about Ketch?

On the tag visibility question: if only some tags are showing on your site, that's usually a scope or configuration setting worth double-checking with your CSM, since it's not expected behavior. I like that Ketch is customizable and easy to set up. They walked me through everything, making the process pretty simple and quick.
