Instead of charging on a per site basis, we were able to secure Ketch's consent management features on a yearly rate. This was a large reason why we as a company were able to adopt Ketch. It is both easy to use and easy to implement on our sites. The platform is divided into logical buckets that make sense to move through when implementing. The Ketch onboarding and customer support team were extremely helpful and responsive while we were going through the installation process. After we had installed the CMP on our sites, they were quickly able to diagnose and fix a bug that was preventing the cookie consent preference center from loading. The team's swift and diligent approach prevented any loss of revenue. **What do you dislike about Ketch?** It would be nice if there was a little more customization available in the Themes section. Allowing clients to apply their own branding elements (images etc) to the banner and preference center would be a nice touch. **What problems is Ketch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ketch is enabling us to successfully manage site visitor cookie consent, especially in the EEA. This has been helpful ahead of Google's mandated January 16th, 2024 deadline for publishers to utilize a CMP. We had an aggressive timeline to implement Ketch's cookie consent management platform so we could continue serving ads in the EEA post January 16, 2024. Their help has been instrumental in ensuring we can drive the most ad revenue possible in this area while staying compliant with privacy laws. ### 49.
