Kerux is a customer support help desk for small and mid-sized teams. It turns email, live chat and web form messages into tickets in a shared inbox, with assignment, internal notes, tags, workflows, SLA targets and reporting. Teams can publish a help center, and an AI agent answers customer questions from those articles, handing anything it cannot answer to a person with a note explaining why. The AI runs on an API key the customer holds with one of eight supported AI providers, and the customer sets a monthly spend limit. Kerux is priced per agent. It integrates with Slack, Shopify, Linear, Jira and Claude, and imports tickets from Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout and Freshdesk.
