Pragmatic and customer company-adapted working methods. Very good value for money. **What do you dislike about Kertos?** The platform makes the most sense when all functions are used. If, for example, due to equally suitable own solutions, this is not necessary, one does not benefit equally from the platform in all system areas (although this is ultimately a "fault" on the customer's side). **What problems is Kertos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Consulting services regarding GDPR, legal compliance, fulfillment of legal obligations ### 2. After the first meeting, they immediately arranged a meeting with a reference customer so that we could get first-hand information. The onboarding process went smoothly, the software is excellent, and the AI tool and the policy maker deliver good results. **What do you dislike about Kertos?** Perhaps closer collaboration at the beginning of the project would be desirable. However, all questions are answered quickly and competently. **What problems is Kertos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Support for the implementation of the ISMS within the framework of ISO 27001. ### 3. Particularly helpful is the clear division into modules and templates, which saves a lot of time in documentation and tracking. Kertos can be well adapted to internal processes, and the existing integration options facilitate data exchange with other systems. The support responds quickly and competently, and the product is rapidly evolving – problems are addressed promptly and often resolved in the short term. **What do you dislike about Kertos?** Some features could be made more intuitive, especially with more complex workflows or when filtering content. However, since Kertos is continuously being developed, it is expected that these aspects will be optimized soon. In the area of document management, there is also potential for additional convenience features to make working with extensive files even more efficient. **What problems is Kertos solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kertos helped us structure and centrally manage the entire ISO 27001 implementation process. Before its introduction, we had to maintain documentation, measures, and responsibilities in multiple tools and folders, which was confusing and time-consuming. Now we use Kertos as our central hub for all information security topics – from policies and processes to tracking measures. Although we have not yet received the certification, we are actively working on it, and Kertos supports us in keeping an overview, saving time, and avoiding mistakes. ### 4.
