**What do you like best about Kerr Consulting?**

I think we got better pricing than going directly through the software co.

**What do you dislike about Kerr Consulting?**

The implementation was way behind schedule. The billing including multiple tiers of billing when we only dealt with one  person (even for calls that only had one person on them!)
