Several healthcare & HIPAA-compliant tools that we use are already integrated with Keragon, making it easy to get started on a new workflow. They are still refining the UI with noticeable improvements at least monthly. I have tested other no-code solutions with easier UI (like the ability to drag & drop workflow steps), but ultimately selected Keragon for its out-of-the-box healthcare integrations. Keragon has helped us improve visibility in areas that we previously did not have reporting on. We now have automated google sheets of patients who have no-showed and late-cancelled appointments, and new patients who need their insurance verified. We have also been able to streamline our enrollment efforts with some automated outreach via text to newly referred patients. They’re very responsive and will help you solve issues, and they’ll even help create the more difficult workflows you need. I even received support on a holiday, which was amazing. Best of all, the automated integrations have saved us time and money. I highly recommend it if you’re looking to integrate different platforms and stay HIPPA compliant. We’ve had issues with certain workflows triggering unexpectedly, but once we notified support, they jumped on it right away and provided a solution. Very responsive overall. As a solo cataract surgeon running a practice without full-time staff, Keragon let me build automations I genuinely couldn't have built any other way. My fax-to-EMR pipeline pulls patient referrals from eFax, OCRs them with Google Document AI, classifies them with Claude, and creates new patient charts in ModMed, all HIPAA-compliant under Keragon's brokered BAA. The learning curve is real. Variable pills, OAuth setup, and the workflow editor's strict syntax all require some practice. A few integrations I'd love to see are still missing (Klara, Doximity Ask), and the new Agents product doesn't yet talk natively to existing Workflows. None of these are deal-breakers. The support team is responsive and prioritizes connector requests. It's great to be able to ask for new connections and be heard, and Keragon is capable of fundamentally changing the routine of a practice and automating major areas. Keragon solves the multi-system orchestration problem that keeps most solo physician practices from automating their administrative work. My fax-to-EMR pipeline routes incoming patient referrals through OCR, AI classification, and ModMed patient creation without a single staff member touching the data. As a result, I run a cataract practice with no full-time staff while still receiving new patient referrals reliably. The time saved per referral is substantial, and the cognitive load of "did anyone handle that fax" is gone entirely. Before Keragon, this kind of automation required hiring a developer. Where do I even start? The team is wonderful. From discovery to the demo and through ongoing support, there’s always someone available who’s genuinely willing to work with you. Beyond the people, the product itself is excellent. When we needed new connectors added, they took our requests seriously and delivered the changes we needed in under seven days. Thankfully, we haven’t needed many updates, and the ones we have requested have been few and far between. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to add or reduce technical overhead. As someone who is low code, this has saved us the need to bring on additional developers and invest the time and money back into growth and our clients. My only concern was the runs and failed runs dashboard, but the team immediately took my feedback on board and started making improvements to provide better visual cues about what isn’t working. What problems is Keragon solving and how is that benefiting you? Keragon is reducing the need for us to hire additional software developers and increasing the time to test via the already built connectors. This has allowed us to ship initial versions of tools that would have previously had a 4-month scope. We were able to set them up in a weekend. The Copilot AI they have running is extremely useful in helping build these workflows. In short, we have been able to improve overall systems by allowing our data to communicate easily, been able to test internal and external tools that improve customer and team performance all for ~1/9th of what it would have costed previously. I use it regularly for client implementations - I've set up over a dozen automations in recent months connecting systems like PracticeQ to communication platforms and automating workflows. The time savings add up quickly, but more importantly, it prevents things from falling through the cracks during busy periods, and lessens time lost during task-switching. The interface is pretty straightforward once you learn it, and customer support has been responsive when I've needed help with complex integrations.
