What do you like best about Kenyt?

The real reason we opt for Kenyt chatbot was to decrease the number of number we receive on daily basis in the hospital,after opting for Kenyt chatbot we saw a huge amount of decrease in calls because most of the questions were answered by the chatbot ,which also helps in decreasing patients complaints and improves the conversions of the patients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kenyt?

there is only onething that i dislike and think can me managed by the team is , One cant directly add the answer for the unanswered queries and have to mail the team to add the answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
