- Integration with our systems to pull all the required information

- Speed and accuracy of calculated incentives

- Incentive planner for field force and real-time tracking against it

Kennect's swift implementation stood up to the commitments that they made during the deal. It provides full transparency to the admins and the users as well which in turn solves the problems with disbursements and sales tracking. The app is easy to navigate and generates accurate and insightful reports. Kennect's platform reduced the manager’s and sales operations team’s effort significantly and increased engagement rate across the hierarchy. They eased my approach to build new incentive plans in the system. It helped us going from no incentive visibility to full transparency of incentive payouts at the senior management level.
