"User-Friendly and Essential for Resource Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

I find Keka very user-friendly. We have everything on payroll and can get reports on logins, logouts, salary, leave, and discrepancies. I like that it also tracks break times. The initial setup was pretty easy, and there was someone who helped us through the process with documentation. When we started with only 11 people, it was difficult to manage, but with Keka, the management process is better. I appreciate that it's all there now and that they have added portals for hiring and timesheets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Nothing so far, just that it could do one thing that is, reduce the cost, some of the things in it are priced based on users, so if I want only 20 people to use something, I still need to pay for all 104 resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortlessly Streamlines HR with Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

I really like Keka's user-friendliness, especially the amazing UI and UX. The way the policies can be simplified and customized to fit my needs is great. It's very easy to navigate, even as a super admin, without needing any training. The modules are crystal clear in their presentation, which helps a lot in my HR operations. The setup was super easy, and within about five days, the portal was up. I love that I've been able to implement Keka in several companies, this is by far the 4th company I have implemented it in and the last ones still use Keka. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

The only thing that comes to mind is a dashboard issue for super admins when managing different locations. The dashboard currently shows birthdays and work anniversaries only for one location, which should not be the case. Ideally, it should display everybody's birthdays across all locations. "Simplifies HR with Intuitive Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

I use Keka to manage attendance, leave requests, payroll information, and employee records in one place. It simplifies HR processes and gives us easy access to the information we need without relying on HR for every request. I like how it eliminates a lot of manual work by bringing everything into a single platform. What I like most is how easy and intuitive it is to use, like applying leave and checking attendance all in one place, which has saved me time. Keka allows us to complete most HR tasks in just a few clicks without needing assistance from HR. The clean interface makes it easy to find information quickly, like payslips. The initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

I feel that reporting and customization options are a bit limited. The standard reports need to cover more areas, and there should be more advanced filtering, custom report builders, and personalization options. Also, certain workflows require more clicks than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined HR Processes with User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

I love how Keka helps manage attendance, leave requests, payroll, and performance reviews, keeping our HR processes organized in one place. It eliminates a lot of manual work by streamlining attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing, and provides easy access to information without having to reach out to HR. What I like the most about Keka is its simplicity and employee-friendly design. The leave and attendance features are easy to use, and we can add courses to improve employee growth and career development. The integration with biometric and IoT-based attendance devices to automatically sync employee check-in and check-out data is also great, reducing manual attendance tracking. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, with the implementation team helping us configure attendance policies, leave structures, payroll settings, and integrating with our biometric IoT devices was straightforward. What do you dislike about Keka?

One area it can improve is reporting and customization as some HR workflows require flexibility than it offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One platform for all HR tasks - Recruitment, Payroll, Database, Appraisal, Leave+Asset management"
5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

Overall, Keka is a really good product.

We use Keka every day to monitor and manage various aspects of employee records. At a very competitive price, it offers plenty of features to work with.

Here’s what I like about Keka:

1. It allows us to post content, make announcements, and run polls within the platform.

2. Assets inventory: It’s very easy to manage and maintain an assets inventory database in Keka.

3. The remote clock-in feature is very promising. Since we are a remote-working company with flexible hours, we don’t use this feature, but it would be very helpful for teams that need to track employee time.

4. Hiring: From sourcing to hiring to onboarding, we do it all in Keka.

5. Surveys: It’s also very easy to create and send surveys to collect feedback from people within the organization.

6. Document repository: All employee-related e-documents can be stored in one place.

7. Our finance team has set up our tax modules in Keka, which makes filing taxes much easier.

8. Appraisals: It has a comprehensive and customizable appraisal system, and the module can be tailored to your requirements. The auto-generated appraisal letters are a lifesaver if you want to skip the manual work of creating them.

9. Leave management: An easy way to manage and track your own and your team’s leave.

10. Tickets: We use Keka to raise issues related to IT and expenses.

11. Customer support is very prompt in most cases. However, if you need special support, it can take some time to get through.

12. It’s also a very easy platform to navigate, and most modules are straightforward to use and implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Overall, I do like Keka—it’s a really good HRMS.

Based on my requirements, there are a few things I don’t like:

1. Surveys: When we create surveys, the only option is to send them to the whole organization. It would be great to have the option to send surveys to specific people as well. I especially felt this need when trying to collect feedback through surveys for new joiners.

Update: this feature is added now, yeay!

2. Recruitment: There are two issues I face with Keka Hire. First, there isn’t an option to send trigger emails that are customized for each stage of the hiring process. Second, the email conversation we have with a candidate isn’t visible in Keka—we have to check Gmail to see the thread. This is a huge area for improvement.

3. Integrations: In our case, there are still a lot of missing product integrations—Slack, for instance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Navigate UI That’s Quick to Learn"
4/5
What do you like best about Keka?

Very easy to navigate, after one KT call i knew where to find what i was looking for. The UI is very sorted, makes it very easy to navigate the whole app without getting confused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

Since our organisation uses the clock in clock out feature of keka to keep a track of employee attendance, i think its not the most efficient, as first thing it consumes a lot of battery from my phone since precise location is always on and running. Plus, it only sometimes auto clocks out and auto clocks in as and when you are in the vicinity, so you cannot depend on it to clock itself in/out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good"
4/5
What do you like best about Keka?

Easy to use, intuitive interface, excellent automation, and an all-in-one HR platform that saves time by streamlining attendance, leave, payroll, and performance management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

It would be helpful if Keka allowed users to contact employees through additional communication channels besides email. For example, integrating messaging options such as WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, or other collaboration tools would make it easier to communicate directly from the platform. "Intuitive HR Experience That Saves Time Every Day"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keka?

Honestly, what I like most about Keka is how simple it feels to use. You don’t really need any training to get started. I mainly use it for applying leaves, checking payslips, and updating tax info, and everything is pretty easy to find.

The dashboard is also helpful—it gives a quick view of attendance and basic info without having to click around too much. It saves time, especially when you just want to check something quickly during work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keka?

One thing I’ve noticed is that sometimes the system can feel a bit slow, especially during peak times like salary days. Also, a few sections (like tax or reports) can be slightly confusing at first if you’re new.

It’s not a big issue, but a bit more clarity or simplification in those areas would make it even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
