Not much. Features like timesheet are blended with Project module which is quite complex that what we use at present. Some of the modules are not part of existing plans like applicant tracking system which we need to buy separately

I use Keka to access my and employee work details. I like its user interface and the options to access all details like leave balance, attendance logs, and pay details. It's convenient to have all these details in a single spot, which makes it easy to check your leave balance or apply for leave on a single page. The initial setup of Keka was really awesome, simple, and user-friendly.

Sometimes there's no option to remote clock out when working a weekend shift, which can be frustrating.

I use Keka to access work details. It solves problems like raising and approving claims. I like its user-friendly interface for checking leave balance, attendance logs, and pay details all in one spot, streamlining access to important employee information.

I find Keka's integration easy and enjoy the flexibility and efficiency in its ticket, pay, and leave management systems. I especially like the hassle-free leave application process compared to the old school method of emailing. It's great for emergencies because I can apply in just a few clicks without having to draft an email or add approver email IDs. Setting up Keka was a breeze, as easy as opening a laptop lid.

Interface is good, should be more focus on operational point of view, work flow.

-> there is no display of employee no of years experience, for that we need to download the entire sheet.
-> Half day is not recognising by the system
-> focus more stringent on statutory forms, PT calculation mistakes, Annual return filing application,..etc
-> PMS module is not upto the mark.
-> Org tree is not clearly visible, due to light color lines

Wish they had bulk attendance submission process similar to bulk approval process

Keka has been really helpful for managing a team that works across different shift timings. Instead of handling shift allowance requests over email/Slack and tracking them manually in a spreadsheet (or in my head), Keka gives us one centralized place where everyone can submit their requests in a consistent format. From a manager’s perspective, it improves visibility and control. I can quickly see who has submitted what, for which dates/shifts, and whether anything overlaps or looks off. It also streamlines approvals because everything is captured in one workflow with a clear record, so I’m not chasing people for details or trying to reconcile requests later. Net-net: less admin work, fewer misses, and a cleaner, more transparent process for the team.

I like that Keka automates almost everything, which makes managing the whole employee life cycle easier. I find the 'Hire' feature particularly useful because it's easy to track every applicant and schedule interviews. The documentation support is also a nice aspect.

I really like how Keka is beneficial both for HR and employees. It's highly configurable, which makes it an excellent system.

**What do you dislike about Keka?**

The software that was demonstrated to us versus what was actually delivered as a basic module is very different. For example, in the version we have, only HR can handle the resignation process, while it would be easier if line managers could do it on behalf of the employee. Also, the roles are preconfigured, and changing a role requires prioritization.

I like Keka's simple UI, which makes it easy to access features through their mobile app. I really appreciate the 'click to check in' and 'auto checkout' functionalities, as they simplify daily check-ins and checkouts without needing to log in to a web app. The ability to apply leave and download payslips directly from the app without using a web browser is a big plus. The initial setup was simple too, with straightforward signup and keying in of details.

Sometimes the app doesn't capture the check-ins and auto checks out in the middle of the day. Enhancing their capability in reading the geo location and auto check outs has to be mandated in such a way that it gets triggered only at the shift end time.

Keka simplifies attendance checks, leave management, tax declarations, and payroll information access. I appreciate the simple UI and ease of use, especially the ability to check in and out, apply leave, and download payslips on mobile without using a web browser.

I use Keka majorly for payroll processing, 24Q, and payslip distribution, and it's been a smooth experience so far. I appreciate the good customer support and quick resolutions. There could be option of multiple pay cycle in single URL as company might have dfferent pay cycles for different type of employees

I really like the leave planning feature in Keka. It's very easy to generate or log a leave request using the mobile application. As a manager, I find it helpful to have visibility on my entire team members' availability, knowing which team member is on leave on which day, so I can plan things accordingly. Another great feature is the ability to see all my leaves and financial details on one screen, including downloading salary slips and the Form 16 document. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the support team, and it enabled a smooth transition for our entire organization.

I'm not sure if the recruitment process or module is available in Keka. If it's not, it would be great if we could include that as well.

I manage my team with Keka, tracking punch in/out, leave, and payroll. It simplifies managing finances, employee reports, and projects.

The best thing about Keka is i the platform is very userfriendly, applying the leave are very easy and i can check my payslips whenever needed. And also i can manage my attendance without confusion.

The dislike about Keka is the mobile experience, this could be even more better for users. Sometimes Keka system is bit slow and goes down.
