What I like best about Keka is how easy and user-friendly it is for everyday employee tasks. I mainly use it for checking payslips, applying for leave, tracking attendance, and viewing company announcements, and everything is organized in a clean interface. Another thing I appreciate is that payroll details and tax documents are easily accessible, which saves time during salary reviews or tax filing season. The Notifications and updates are not always very clear, so it can be easy to miss approval statuses or important HR announcements. Apart from that, the overall experience has been good. Keka helps simplify everyday HR-related tasks that would otherwise take a lot of manual follow-ups or emails. As an employee, it makes it easy to apply for leave, track attendance, access payslips, and download tax documents from one place without depending on HR for every small request. It has also improved transparency because salary details, leave balances, and attendance records are available anytime, which reduces confusion and saves time. Whatever features are there and working good consistently and ready made solution is given by the tech team for any kind of error at the quickest possible time. Certain key features should be developed 1. WFH/OD - default settings not there to do. We can not ask employees to apply for default modes always 2. Travel Requisition work flow not showing the next approver and project, comments from requestor to the Approver 3. Project Tagging History not there 4.
