The best part of the software is that it's very user friendly, simple to understand and implement. Customer support is also very prompt. They have a chat option also for day to day queries. **What do you dislike about Keka?** There is nothing that we dislike about Keka as such. One limitation is that the admin cannot undo a cancelled penalty. If there is a penalty that has been accidently cancelled by the Admin, the admin should be able to undo it. **What problems is Keka solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted to track attendance and leave applications for a small group of employees. The onboarding and integration with biometric system was smooth.
