I find Keka very user-friendly, which significantly enhances my experience with the software. The platform simplifies complex processes, which I value immensely, especially in handling payroll tasks. It effectively addresses tax-related challenges by automatically calculating deductions such as Provident Fund (PF), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Employee State Insurance (ESI), thus reducing manual efforts and errors. I am also impressed with Keka’s customer support team, who are responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. The transition to Keka from our previous software, Zoho, was driven by better cost efficiency and overall usage satisfaction, and those expectations were met commendably.
