What do you like best about Kefron AP Software?

It integrates seamlessly with Netsuite and has reduced manual effort required to process invoices. The PO matching feature is particularly great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kefron AP Software?

Cannot partially match invoices to POs and this requires manual intervention. Sometimes takes long time for invoices to be processed to Netsuite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kefron AP Software?

Its simple and user freindly. it has simple navigation and you will able to get the reports on a real time basis. This avoids the manula report creation. The process is very simple and easy for the user Its well intergrated to other accounting softwares and with a good customer support experience. As we tend to use it frequently and its doesnt lag or crash inbetween. The implementation process is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kefron AP Software?

The imporovement which i would say is in the PO matching verification process there could be Next button as well to view the next invoices. The current setup has Back button which limits the reviewing time for invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kefron AP Software?

The integration does work well with Netsuite and dashboards are really easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kefron AP Software?

Customer support is responsive but doesnt respond quickly. The implementation took more than 6 months with the account manager being non existent during the process. The project manager had no clue about how Kefron integrated with Netsuite and understand she was let go from Kefron during this project and there were no communication around this. Regarding touch-free processing and partial PO matching, our system does support partial matching; however, this is heavily dependent on the customer's business rules, receipting processes and remaining balances. Further automation can be achieved via rematching services, as we recognise that not all goods are receipted ahead of the invoice being received. Potential areas of improvement based on my experiance using Kefron are:

Multiple invoices within the same document shoud flag up as split needed.

'All Documents statuses' to be set by default in the search bar instead of Documents succesfuly processed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
