Keffa is a point-of-sale (POS) system built for independent cafes and drive-through coffee shops in Oman. It runs on a device inside the cafe (an Android tablet, a Windows PC or a Mac), so sales, receipt printing and the barista screen keep working on the cafe's local network when the internet is down; changes queue locally and sync automatically when the connection returns. The interface, receipts and cup labels are in Arabic, amounts are calculated in Omani rials and baisa with 5% VAT, and every tax invoice carries a QR code. Updates for Oman's Fawtara e-invoicing mandate are included in the subscription. Features include a barista/kitchen display with colour-coded wait times, a QR menu for table and in-car ordering with payment through Thawani, recipe-based inventory with cost and profit per cup, loyalty cards in Apple, Google and Samsung Wallet, staff PINs with an audit log, and basic accounting. Pricing: OMR 18 per month for one register, OMR 30 per month for up to three registers; no commission on sales and no per-user fees. 14-day free trial including installation.
