I appreciate that Keepit is fairly easy to set up and manage, which saves me time and effort. The unlimited storage offered by Keepit for Office 365 backup is a significant benefit, providing peace of mind as I know there are no restrictions on data backup. I find the process of restoring items to be straightforward; it's simple to locate and perform in-place restores, which enhances efficiency. The powerful search feature is incredibly useful, saving me time when searching through backups. Additionally, the option to allow users to perform restores themselves through a time-limited link is a great feature. This capability reduces the workload on my team and empowers users with some control over their data restoration needs. I am also impressed by the fair pricing and the user interface, which is intuitive and user-friendly. It is very straightforward for anyone to use, and in our experience, it performs reliably whenever we need to restore data. We back up approximately 12TB, and it has proven to be an excellent product that gives us confidence our Office 365 data is secure. It can be a bit confusing when restoring data into a mailbox with the various restore/import options presented. Not a bit issue but once you'd done it and documented the process its dead easy.
