Unlimited space for backup

Automatic backup, usually twice a day

What do you dislike about Keepit?

Things I didn't like until recently are now on the roadmap and should be improved soon - e.g. the ability to download selected items from Outlook as a PST (until now it was as individual messages in a ZIP). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

The backup solution works without much attention from our side. It simply just delivers what it promises. I also love that it is a cloud-to-cloud solution,- no equipment is needed inhouse. Support is very competent and professional; they know their stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

Keepit is not good at promoting themselves or telling about new stuff, features and the like. We hear nothing at long periods, and this has been a problem from the beginning 5 years ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

Everything is indexed, so search goes really fast. Easy to switch between snapshots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

Some bugs. Log in with single sign on works ok, but i need to remove my password before i can login with sso.

If i restore and the mail comes as a link, i have to log in with password, or else it fails.

Some of the latest updates has not been tested good enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

The best thing about Keepit is its simplicity. The solution is swift to deploy and extremely straightforward to manage. It doesn't require maintenance or constant monitoring, it is a deploy-and-forget solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

I can't say there is a Keepit feature that I dislike. The only feature that is missing, and I consider it to be helpful, is the ability to download the mailbox in a pst format instead of a zip file containing the eml files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

Wanted an off site back up solution for mainly our user data, which is where we started. We've since grewn and expanded with features for Teams-data and e-mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

Well, havent actually found any drawbacks so far. Maybe to name something, when using Teams back up, there pops up a user called "Backup service" or whatever you decide to name it, in every Team. Could be confusing to an extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Auto run jobs with no fail. No need to attention. The SAAS service is a comfortable service solution. Detailed backup jobs. Easy to handle web GUI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe 1 years ago, we have a connection problems with Azure. Nobody (support) knows what happened, and no were backups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
