There is nothing to dislike about this service it is great! No reportds of dislike have been received.

We are a reseller of the service so it isnt directly helping us but our technicians who use and install this service have advised it definitely provides peace of mind to our clients, knowing an efficient and reliable product service is backing up and protecting their Microsoft 365 data.

**What do you like best about Keepit?**

Super easy to deploy, configure and administrate. 
With a lot of years of experience with several backup products (working for a backup company), It's a "fire and forget" configuration. 
The UI is fully intuitive which means that everybody can do restores nearly out of the box!
Also, the fact that you don't need infrastructure, but you get a cloud-to-cloud solution with redundant storage and the ability to download an offline copy is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Keepit?**

Reporting could be better. Currently, the reporting for different connectors is not informative enough but I hope that will be better with the next release.

**What problems is Keepit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It protects all M365, Salesforce, Google Workspace, MS-Dynamics environments of our customers, which is a perfect combination with our own backup product SEP sesam.

The number of systems covered by Keepit has increased but its alway helpful to have more coverage.

**What problems is Keepit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a number of teams concerned about the recoverablity of there data in the event of them accidentally deleteing files and not noticing for some time. Keepit provides them with peace of mind.

  ### 6. Easy to use, setup, and administer

**What do you like best about Keepit?**

-No need to have a service account with a permanent global admin role, as the role can be removed after the initial setup. This is very important for security. 
-Being able to use AD groups to granularly assign who should and should not be in the backup. 
-Onenote backup

**What do you dislike about Keepit?**

The lack of filtering and search options in the backup. This is what brings it down to an 8 for me. 

Searching:
-You can only search for max 19 characters, and the search results are very random and not so relevant. 
-The max 19 count also makes it impossible to look up certain mailboxes by their address, instead you must use their name.
-A lot of solutions nowadays have the ability to choose filtering options and when you click on them you can add value to filter by. For example an "email address" option where you can paste the users email address, or a date-range.

After you search, it's not possible to filter by anything but "relevance" which usually doesn't show what you want. Especially if you have lots of hits from search.

An advanced search functionality for each connector would bring this to a 10.

Providing backup of the customers O365 data
Backing up exactly what the customers need to backup (granularly). 
Backing up onenote documents of sites
Restoring data to save potentially costly data from being lost.

Easy integration with Office 365. Also, it's easy to search for items in historic backup sets.

There is nothing I dislike about Keepit.

Keepit allows us to store historic backups long term, so we can preserve data from users who are no longer with the company. The retrieval process is very simple.

No notice about migrating from Veritas to Keepit
Not part of Veritas which makes renewal a bit complicated as we have a Veritas contract (using several Veritas products).
No scheduling of backups

Easy protection of 0365, onedrive and sharepoint

**What do you like best about Keepit?**

Ease of deployment is really key, you can be up and running in minutes!  The option surrounding restores is always incredibly useful with the ability to preview email, download them, share them as a link to anyone required, print them and of course restore them.
the speed of the search function makes searching and finding emails very easy.   Being able to set up a number of different uses too is useful, you may want one user to restore a mail but certainly not view the mail in a preview and that is all possible

**What do you dislike about Keepit?**

some may require the success of a backup to email too rather than failures and restores

**Recommendations to others considering Keepit:**

Focus on security and GDPR, making sure data is also backed up to Microsoft is a no brainer

Allowing me to backup O365 and Azure AD so easily and give me so much flexibility with restore and also the Right to be forgotten function is brilliant

Unlimited storage.

Their data centres are outside Azure.
Message preview.
GDPR - RTBF Label.
They include shared mailboxes for free!
Azure AD backup.
Only alerts on failures.

**What do you dislike about Keepit?**

Almost none.
Licensing options could be more flexible, however, it is in line with the market and other vendors.
It would be great if it could include more elements for Teams for Classroom. 
Apart from that, it is great at Teams recovery and everything else.

GDPR Right to be forgotten. Saves time.
Instant recovery. Allows my customers to access their data even when I cannot access M365.

Keeping track of your customers and getting the report on whether the number of users has increased or decreased. How easy it is to onboard new customers and configure the backups.

I would be happy if keepit had a feature where I could interact with the customer on the console without having to call them and let them know their account is about to expire.

Keepit keeps our backed-up data safe and can be restored at any time, Therefore I do not have to worry about the safety of my data when is with keepit.

Simplicity and ease of use. Good support and well documented knowledge base makes working with the product easy. A powerful API also helps in our automation efforts.

**What do you dislike about Keepit?**

Lack of reseller interfaces and security issues for large resellers make it less appealing. However for a single-use customer this is not a concern. The concerns I mention are being looked at and will be fixed in the future.

Keepit is a powerful tool for backing up large amounts of cloud-based data, with a strong infrastructure and service organization behind the product.

Provide customers the ability to backup office 365 and Azure AD, we are also looking to implement backup of Dynamics solutions as this is a valuable  service to provide our customers.

In less than 5 minutes you are able to backup your Saas, and the restore is done also in few seconds. The Gui with his usability is a must

There is something specific, becasue I'm sure that a lot of features coming soon will cover users desiderata.

Keepit is solving fundamentally the Saas backup, with an easy software really userfriendly and costs that are not anymore a surprise.

Perfect SaaS (Software as a Service) for Backup and Recovery of my Cloud Solutions - o365, SalesForce, d365, Google WorkSpace, Azure AD, etc. with easy deployment and administration (even my 12-year-old daughter could handle it).
Best of all: it is a "real independent backup solution" (no storing all the data back in Azure / AWS / Google Cloud, etc. but in Keepits own datacenters).

Am I forced to dislike something (i have o answer this question in the survey)? 
Right now, there is nothing I miss or dislike ;-)

Backup for our Microsoft Office 365 environment, storing the data, especially for disaster recovery, ransomware attacks and/or misconfiguration purposes.

There is basically nothing to dislike. Maybe minor cosmetics, but nothing worth mentioning.

You are not convinced? Just test it yourself and talk to people using it.

**What problems is Keepit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a GDPR compliant and auditable solution. Being able to create groups for different users and to define individual retention times was mandatory for us.

We use Keepit to backup all our users mailboxes, Onedrives and our complete Intranet solution. We use it regularly to test our Disaster Recovery setup, but also to easily export empolyees data when users resign.

It's very intuitive and reliable. So the is nothing in the product I dislike.

Very easy to use and setup.

To comply with Disaster recovery plan. The biggets benefit is that it runs as a comlete SaaS solution.

It´s a good feeling to know that there is a backup of all our Office 365 data at another location. The product works very well and is easy to use.

Nothing really. The few times we have used the restore function it has worked fine.
