I can get statitistics on password security, create password groups easily, as well as share logins on an as-needed basis. We use Keeper exclusively for all employees hundreds of a times a day, and I like the additional benefit of giving employees a personal license for home use. The initial deployment was simple, and ongoing maintenance is also easy. There is quite a bit of documentation on use, so it makes it simple to train additional administrators. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** The automatic logout feature is takes some time to implement correctly if you want to turn it off. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeper makes it very easy for us to make sure all passwords are strong, and the exclusive use of it allows us to manage logins, especially when employees in a particular role leave. We can transfer their vault to a new employee easily. We can easiy share passwords for critical systems in moments while maintaining security. No more password lists or spreadsheets with private data. We are able to upload run books, system configurations, important documents, and central passwords into one platform. Plus, when an team member moves on to a new role or position, we can transfer the access and accounts they have to another team member to keep systems operating without waisting time to track down system information. The system was easy to implement, easy to integrate into our daily responsiblities, customer support has been fantastic in addressing our questions, and our team uses the product daily. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** The biggest issue is more of a user issue. Some team members need to be encouraged to update their passwords as part of their responsiblities. I do not see that a flaw to the system. One short coming, but is done by design is MFA methods. Currently, the user needs to attempt this themselves but invariably they will have misplaced their recovery phrase. As a workaround, I transfer their vault, delete them, recreate them and transfer their vault back to them. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Secure one-time sharing of passwords to people without Keeper is easy. Sharing certain credentials within departments in a secure way beets the traditional Excel doc on a network share that you'll find in many companies. Password generation and TOTP made easy. I am using GPO to ensure that Keeper is used instead of browser-based password management. I've had users be let go and needed to retain their credentials. You add them to an AD group and then they get an email a little bit later and they are all set up. Since a lot of our team works out of other offices and around the world, Keeper allows us to share encrypted passwords with the team with ease. Both the mobile app and desktop version have been super easy to implement within our team and the Chrome extension makes it super easy and efficient to use Keeper. I love the ability to generate passwords and then have it auto fill into my account when logging in. The ability to transfer records from one user account to another has been extremely helpful with off boarding former employees. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** The only downside of Keeper I have found is when I have multiple login accounts for a website and I have auto fill selected, sometimes I get automatically logged in to the wrong account. It makes it very easy to share passwords with my teams using various shared folders. We use it nearly every day. It also supports integration of generic SAML 2.0 IdP, which is a big win for us. Also the actual user management is quite simple with or without SAML. The rollout of keeper is really quite simple, especially if your support tier includes onboarding assistance. Also, I have not had to create many support tickets, but the few I had were quickly responded to with detail. Also absolutely everything gets logged, from admin actions to users accessing records. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** The biggest downside to Keeper is the Keeper push/admin approval functionality, and the inability to turn it off. There are some options to automate this process, but they all require standing up extra infrastructure. From custom record types to its clean search feature to secure password sharing, and everything in between, I would recommend Keeper to anyone. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** As an admin it has been frustrating not being able to assign people to "Teams" before they enroll. Having to remember to go back and add them after (or sometimes forgetting entirely) has been a challenge.
