## Keeper Password Manager Reviews
 ### 1. Robust feature set, easy to use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

New features that have been rolled out have continued to be helpful and the documentation remains exceptional.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

This is still a challenge, but has become easier to manage with recent Keeper releases.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a way for multiple users to have access to the same credentials, without them having access to the details, or be able to modify them. By having this, it solved the issue of having to update credentials when offboarding.

**Official Response from Lauren Clark:**

> Hi- Thank you for taking the time to write a review and provide feedback! We are happy to hear about your experience using Keeper.

 ### 2. Easy to use Password Manager

Ease of deployment and management
Quick and efficient user management

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Didn't have Payment card injection, which has now been added

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The lack of password Management from Edge, means we needed a third party tool to fill the gap from Single SignOn.

Keeper provides a great management interface and user interface for this.

 ### 3. Password manager adapted to the cloud world

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrià S. | System Administrator and Modern Workplace, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I highlight the ease it offers in identity administration and management, as well as the option to share credentials and folders with teams. Additionally, I value the possibility of adding OTP tokens, which contributes to a more complete and secure experience.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Perhaps what is missing is greater clarity regarding the destination folder when adding a new record.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It facilitates the management of shared users and the OTP tokens of the accounts we frequently access, something that would otherwise be very difficult to handle.

 ### 4. Effortless Team Record Sharing with Strong Zero-Knowledge Security

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Effortless sharing of records trough business teams. Zero Knowledge architecture

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Pricing and SCIM is challenging. Also that some Admin features are only available via Keeper Commander

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharing of secrets trough teams and per one time link for external users.

 ### 5. The Keeper Password Manager is Great!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** caleb s. | System Security Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The Keeper Password Manager has been nice to have to be able to share passwords with coworkers that need them and store my passwords for frequently visited websites. This product has been easy to use and implement into daily use.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The keeper icon can occasionally block the view password button on some websites, which can make it frustrating to verify the correct password is being used.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper is helping to allow us to keep our passwords secure while still being able to share them with the users who need them.

 ### 6. Keeper Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro Elieser S. | Associate Consultant, Investment Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

One of the best tools for two-factor authentication (2FA), this solution provides a secure and user-friendly way to protect accounts from unauthorized access.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

nothing at all. this is one of the best 2fa apps I have ever used.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to secure my login information for several sites and keep in it secured and easy of access.

 ### 7. Zero Trust Security Gives Peace of Mind

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate its strong focus on zero trust security. As an organization admin, I feel assured that our records are well protected against both internal and external threats. The deployment process across my tenant was also straightforward and uncomplicated.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Occasionally, the browser extension mistakenly identifies certain entry fields on websites as login fields. When this happens, its icon appears and ends up blocking my ability to type, clear, or edit text in those fields. Also, Keeper should have some automatic functionality to disable auto fill from MS edge or Chrome once the extension is installed.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper password manager offers a reliable way for us to store sensitive credentials and share them securely within our organization.

 ### 8. One Password to Rule Them All

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel P. | HR GENERALIST, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The ease of use, it's so intuitive and easy to navigate. When it comes to corporate level usage, managing various users is a breeze, sharing password or credentials between users and delegating levels of hierarchy is such time saver with peace of mind included. We use it daily here in the company and it ensures our business stays agile but safe. It's so easy to onboard new members as well, I would have never thought a password management app with a tough layer of security would be so easy to implement on our team.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The only Con which is not a CON itself is how often you have to sign in to keep the browser extension active, I know it's a security feature I would only wish I didn't have to do it so frequently.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping our passwords and credentials safe while sharing them in a remote environment with our team members. It makes us secure and agile.

 ### 9. Reliable, Secure, and User-Friendly – Keeper Security Delivers Peace of Mind

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johan F. | Director, Digital Solutions, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I like best about Keeper is its perfect blend of security, usability, and scalability. The platform’s zero-knowledge architecture gives me confidence that sensitive credentials are always secure, while the intuitive interface makes it easy for both technical and non-technical users to adopt. Features like role-based access controls, secure password sharing, and detailed audit logs make it an excellent fit for organizational use. I also appreciate the seamless integration with browsers, mobile devices, and SSO/MFA tools—Keeper just works, and it works really well.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

While overall I'm very satisfied with Keeper, there are a few areas that could be improved. The admin interface, while powerful, has a bit of a learning curve—especially when managing more advanced features like role enforcement policies or integrating with external directories. Additionally, reporting features could be more customizable to better meet specific audit or compliance needs. That said, Keeper’s support team is responsive, and the product continues to evolve in the right direction.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper is solving several critical problems for us around password security, access management, and compliance. Before adopting Keeper, managing shared credentials, enforcing strong password policies, and tracking usage were all manual and inconsistent processes. Keeper has centralized our password management into a secure, auditable, and policy-driven platform.

It has significantly reduced the risk of credential-related breaches by enabling strong, unique passwords for all accounts and enforcing MFA. We also benefit from secure sharing of credentials between team members without exposing sensitive information in emails or chats. From a compliance standpoint, the detailed activity logs and role-based access controls help us meet internal security standards and external audit requirements. Overall, it’s streamlined our operations while dramatically improving our security posture.

 ### 10. Keeper Password Manager is Business Quality and Home User Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

1) Their security hasn't been breached.
2) It's built for business. It works and was designed for business environments. For example, it works with SSO. It wasn't designed for the consumer and re-engineered for business. It was designed for business from the beginning.
3) It is easy for the home user to use. If I use it at home, that says something.
4) Updates are automatic and seamless.
5) Customer support is just as important as the product. When I used it a few times so far, their support was decent.
6) They have a piece of software that will fill-in authentication fields in local software installations that are not browser-based. This is a nice feature.
7) They have command-line support, even though I haven't used it yet.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Their naming conventions are a bit confusing. Keeper Password Manager and Digital Vault is a long name. KeeperFill is the most used part of Keeper Password Manager and Digital Vault.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removes the usual headaches associated with not having password management: hidden sticky notes, re-used passwords between multiple authentications, weak passwords, compromised credentials, etc.

**Official Response from Lauren Clark:**

> Hi- Thank you for your review! We are always happy to hear how Keeper is providing value to our clients. For any questions you may have, please visit our support website for documentation guides and ways to contact support at www.keepersecurity.com/support.

 ### 11. Keeper has kept my passwords safe and I don’t need to remember any!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeovana D. | Information Security Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager is its strong focus on security without making things overly complicated. It uses zero-knowledge encryption, which means even Keeper can’t see your passwords. Everything is protected with AES-256 encryption, and it supports multi-factor authentication, including biometrics. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to store and share passwords securely with others if needed. It just works without getting in your way, which is exactly what I want in a password manager.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Occasional syncing issues between devices, which can be a bit frustrating when trying to access passwords on the go.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper solves the problem of remembering and managing tons of passwords. I don’t have to write them down, reuse weak ones, or worry about forgetting them. It saves everything securely in one place and fills in login info for me, which saves time and reduces stress. It also helps me spot weak or reused passwords so I can fix them. Overall, it makes staying secure online way easier.

 ### 12. Very good password manager (and more!), constantly evolving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Before the product, it is appropriate to commend the company that supports its clients without forcing them to purchase. The commercial/technical pre-sales duo we dealt with is probably one of the best we have worked with, across all companies/technologies. They are attentive and were able to answer all our questions to allow us to test the product and understand/evaluate all its features before we could validate the purchase on our side.

Then, Keeper did not abandon us once the licenses were acquired. They supported us in the adoption of the solution by the users.

Finally, the support is responsive and we can quickly communicate with representatives who have mastery of the product.

Regarding the product, it is both comprehensive and easy to use. We chose it at the time because it was both affordable, had detailed documentation, and especially a feature for integration with our identity provider to simplify user access via SSO.

The feature for sharing entries/folders is appreciated by users as well as the family license offered.

We have since subscribed to the secret management offer for our internal applications and developments. We are also currently evaluating the bastion/privileged access management offer integrated into the Keeper vault.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The zero-knowledge model is robust but involves some inconveniences or complications in return (e.g., the necessity for users to log in for the first time and authorize account transfer before we can share entries with them).

The product's ergonomics or architecture is not always simple and intuitive, but things tend to evolve.

The integration with the browser is not as smooth and efficient as the password manager integrated into the browser (like Chrome, for example), but it does the job well once you learn how to use it, and Keeper is responsive in correcting non-detected or poorly detected username/password fields on certain sites.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper allows users to regain control over their usernames and passwords. They have visibility over what was previously stored and hidden in the browser. They can also share certain entries with their team more securely than before.

On the IT side, we have integrated Keeper into our account provisioning process. Thus, the temporary passwords of new arrivals are stored in Keeper and transmitted to their manager so that sensitive information does not pass through unsecured tools.

When employees leave, we can also retrieve the contents of their vaults and thus prevent access or important information from being lost.

All the work and communication done around Keeper helps to raise broader awareness among employees about cybersecurity issues, both in the company and at home.

 ### 13. User-Friendly and Secure, But Browser Extension Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Easy to use on desktop and mobile. Able to organize my folders and passwords and super easy to share them with others and set permissions. The zero knowledge architecture is also critical.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Sometimes it's tricky to interact with the plug-in extension in a browser. It may try to populate passwords in a field where I don't need it to.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to manage the proliferation of passwords, particularly when SSO is not supported by the system. Easily share credentials with others and set permissions like owner, view only, edit, etc. Supports two-factor codes where we don't want to use a third party authenticator app. Supports SSO for the organization.

 ### 14. A great solution for both business and personal needs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

As both as user and administrator Keeper has been such a great experiernce. The app itself is widely usable across browsers, platforms, and devices. Easy to navigate, smart enough to know what website I'm on, and auto fill if I've set that site to do so. Search within the app is great as well as being able to launch the site from the prefilled. As an admin, we've set up SSO which makes it easy for my users while still having the security of admin approval on new devies. Breachwatch allows me and my uses to keep track of any possible loss of data. It truly makes my day to day easier. Being able to share passwords with certain users has certainly made things easier as well as the ability to send a previous employees stored passwords to a manager when needed. The password generator is great being able to customize password or passphrase what symbols you want in there, how many characterse and saving those preferences for the future.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Honestly for my use, it comes down to certain sites, not prefilling when I want them to, having to open the app, copy a user name, paste it, open the app again, copy and paste again, finding a way to leave it on the log in page would be helpful or simply having it properly prefill in the first place. I've attended a few of their online seminars and I know they are working on bug fixes and more features along the way. One thing I do wish is we could lower the passphrase generator to 4 words as there are many websites that don't allow enough characters to use it.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper allows our users to safely and securly store passwords with the ability for it to follow you from all of your devices and keep passwords secure.

 ### 15. Great product for organizational password management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

We have been using Keeper for about 5 years now, and recent improvements have only made the product better. As an enterprise customer, it is easy for us to manage users, transfer passwords for departing users, and share team passwords and key information securely. Managing users is effortless, and customer service has been fantastic. The ability to use Keeper records to create and store MFA codes has been a game-changer for our staff as well. Recent updates to permissions have also made it much easier to manage so that tech admins have access to all passwords and the ability to edit, while team managers also have access to their shared folders to manage sharing and records.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The only challange we have is when we create a "shortcut" to a password record so it is shared in additional folders - there is no way to know that record is linked to another record. We get that these are seen as individual records by keeper, but by creating a shortcut, updating one record updates all the related shortcuts. it would be super helpful to be able to somehow see that a record is a shortcut of another (or not) to ensure records are tied together propertly.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All org related passwords are stored in a single place. Passwords that are shared by teams are easily accessible and we can update passwords without it impacting team members since they always have the right password in the record. It allows us to enforce MFA by using the code generator in records, and it also provides us with reports on password strenght so we can work with staff who need to update their passwords to be stronger.

 ### 16. Secure, Easy-to-Use, and Packed with Enterprise Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper stands out for its exceptional ease of use and robust security features. The intuitive user interface makes password management accessible to all users, regardless of technical proficiency. I especially appreciate the secure vault that allows organizing credentials with folders and record types. The browser extension is highly responsive and works seamlessly across major browsers, autofilling credentials reliably. Keeper's Zero-Knowledge architecture gives peace of mind that data is encrypted and stored securely. In an enterprise setting, I found the policy enforcement, user provisioning (with SCIM), and detailed reporting tools extremely helpful for compliance and audit readiness. The ability to securely share credentials within teams without exposing plaintext passwords is another major advantage.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

While Keeper is an excellent platform overall, there are a few areas where it could improve. The initial setup, especially for enterprise integrations (e.g., with SSO and SCIM), requires some technical effort and documentation could be more detailed for specific edge cases. Mobile app syncing occasionally lags behind updates made on the desktop version, although this has been rare. Also, the admin panel/dashboard occasionally lags.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After implementing Keeper Password Manager we could block the ability of our users to store passwords in the browsers.

 ### 17. Small organization simplicity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whitney G. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

As a small organization I'm able to manage the users accounts if there is a departure to ensure the continuity of business can still happen. We're able to utilize the free personal licenses to increase adoption. The app and seamless ability to use Keeper on my Mac, iPhone, and iPad with the same experience is extremely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There is some autofill and auto add that has caused issues on certain websites. It varies and is infrequent, but it has happened that I've lost a custom password at reset. That said, it is still much easier to use than other password managers.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If an employee departs, we can maintain our access to their user account. If an employee departs, their personal logins remain separate for them to take. In a small organization the file sharing and ability to easily share credentials or secure note information makes things a lot easier for our small team. We greatly appreciate the visibility of use by the users including their security score.

 ### 18. No need to remember a thousand passwords

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Misheck G. | Head of Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper allows you to have many logins without the need to remember all the passwords. Keeper keeps these passwords in a secure vault as well.
Because all passwords are in one, I use this daily for all my requirements. Keeper creates secure compliant passwords. Their tech team always good at implementing and support.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Only downside is if someone gets your master password they have everything

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No more issues of forgetting passwords and constantly resetting them as well as creating compliant passwords

 ### 19. Easy to Use Password Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Password history and the ability to share records securely

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The price increases have been steep and there's no going back

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure password storage and management

 ### 20. One of the best password managers on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** D H. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

- Folder management
- Enterprise user management. Gives the best control over management of employee movement out of any password manager I have tested
- Audit capabilities are extremely detailed and can easily be sent to an external SIEM/logging service via logging integration
- External sharing is extremely useful as a secure way of sharing temp passwords and other secrets with external users
- Free family subscription for business users is a huge plus
- SSO implementation and provisioning is easy to set up

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

- PAM/remote access requires a gateway, there's no agent based solution which can make architecture difficult/messy depending on the environment and network access controls in place. Also means an additional dedicated box required to run yet another piece of software, rather than just deploying a package via SCCM or similar
- You can't move an existing, non-shared folder structure into a new/existing shared folder. Each record must be moved individually and the folder structure re-created inside the shared folder. This can be time consuming if you didn't use a shared folder to begin with.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper allows us to easily manage all company secrets in one place, automatically rotate secrets easily, remotely access servers securely - removing the need for legacy solutions like VPN's, and guarantees that we always have control over who can access what

 ### 21. Keeper Password Manager: Great Choice for Teams & Individuals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan P. | IT Specialist IV, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager is a great choice for storing login credentials. Keeper has a streamlined flow when creating logins, passwords, and passphrases. the interface makes it easy to generate strong passwords / passphrases. Keeper also makes it easy to collaborate with team members and individuals outside the organization by easily sharing logins and passwords. Keeper is very easy to deploy and administer for an organization. Keeper provides a browser extension and standalone software. The import functionality offered a seamless migration without any complications.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager does not always automatically add new site usernames and passwords. this is inconvenient as i must add them manually after account creation rather than streamlining the process.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper plays a role in ensuring compliance with regulations, making it a tool for organizations that must meet security standards. Keeper isn't just a convenience its a necessity.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Love the 2FA codes integration, and the team actually checks on you and invests time to make sure that you are making full use of the features.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

As usual, the issue with those systems is how people use them. I can't see how Keeper could change anything to help any further get people to do the right thing.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping shared logins and passwords is a breeze with Keeper.

 ### 24. Robust Security and Effortless Scalability with Keeper

I really like the centralization and automation of credential control that Keeper provides, allowing teams to store, share, and audit access securely.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There are some features that are underutilized, such as: KeeperChat, BreachWatch. We have yet to see any real utility for these features.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper assists me in securely storing and sharing credentials in an encrypted and auditable manner.

**Official Response from Lauren Clark:**

> Hi Warlei- Thank you for your review! We are happy to hear about your experience using Keeper.

 ### 26. Keeper Password Manager is the key to a secure network.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager gives you multiple ways to store and access your passwords. The extension in Chrome or other browsers is extremely useful. Additionally Keeper users a tool they call BreachWatch that monitors for your passwords found in data breaches.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper Password Manager can be a lot to take in for new users.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper enables us to generate secure passwords and keep track of any potential compromises that may occur online. It provides reassurance, as our users can create strong, random passwords with confidence. When our users rely on Keeper Password Manager, we feel less concerned about the risk of their passwords being compromised.

 ### 27. Now is a good time for these password managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Adjunct Professor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I've been using it pretty much since they started integrating Keeper with Windows. I now use it for every password. The big selling point is one password to access many passwords. For me, the safety of having randomized passwords that I can access on any device and stay in sync is the most valuable piece. The "nice to have" is that I can store things other than passwords on here. I store records (think, passport information) as well. And I get breach warnings. Thankfully, they make changing the password extremely simple. I also loaded it on my mother's computer so that she doesn't revert to writing down passwords.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I really cannot think of anything that I dislike about this product. They've made it really easy to integrate into my workflow, so it just sits in the background and does its thing. I do have a difficult time logging in with biometric on certain devices. Then again, I have not contacted customer support about this yet.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If there is a data grab or a breach, I don't have to worry about passwords that I share across sites.

 ### 28. SCIM Integration Makes Everything Effortless

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I appreciate the functionality that Keeper offers, especially how it allows me to easily share groups of passwords with my team. I also value the option to use SCIM provisioning, which adds to its convenience.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I appreciate most about Keeper is the ability to use SCIM. However, it's disappointing that accessing this feature requires such a significant additional charge.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I appreciate the password management features, as well as the convenience of being able to use multi-factor authentication directly through the application.

 ### 29. Secure and Feature-rich Password Management.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oren A. | Infrastructure Security Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Secure password management, biometric authentication support, two-factor authentication, secure password sharing, efficient auto-fill, and data breach monitoring with BreachWatch. User-friendly interface and works across platforms.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Some advanced features like dark web monitoring and secure file storage require paid add-ons. The free tier is very limited and pricing is higher than average.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper solves password security issues by providing encrypted storage and cross-device synchronization. It eliminates weak passwords and reuse through strong password generation. The breach monitoring alerts us to compromised credentials, and secure sharing enables team collaboration without compromising security.

 ### 30. Fantastic product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

We use it in an enterprise environment and really feel this is the best solution available for enterprise customers, amongst the VERY few that even qualify for enterprise usage

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The form filling tool could be improved. Probably the weakest part of Keeper

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily to have a standard setup for all users, as well as making sure we do not lock ourselves out of any tool used. The ability to transfer a vault to a new user, but on all other aspects have a zero-knowledge design is very important for us.

 ### 31. A very good password manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** william g. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is very easy to use. The web extension is very useful and easy to use.
I use it every day at work

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The price may discourage many people from using the tool.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper permit to share password between team so this is a big security update instead of share it by mail for exemple

 ### 32. Ease of Use that Delights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alisson A. | Analista de TI Pleno, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Ease of use to access what I need on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I have nothing to point out that I dislike, as it is very easy and simple to use.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of access to my tools that use authentication on a daily basis.

 ### 33. Straightforward Functionality, But Noisy UI Compared to 1Password

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bachittar D S. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Straight forward but easy to setup. You can push groups from Okta into Keeper which is good.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I find the UI to be noisey I am used to 1Password

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Password management and identifying if another tool is saving passwords.

 ### 34. Great for teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper has been great for our teams that need to secure sensitive information in a way that access can be centrally managed, and where changes can be made once.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

As an admin, there is no option to reset the master password if a user forgets it.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper allows us to maintain the safety and security of our shared resources while also ensuring they remain current. Access control is easy, and visibility into end-user usage helps identify those who are slow to acclimate to using the password manager.

 ### 35. The best password manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** wgiraud@witekio.com G. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I really like keeper for the possibility to easily share password between teams or peoples.
We can also share one time password
The support helped when we need it.
The implementation and integration was done few years ago but was done easily.
I use Keeper every day.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper extension autofill sometimes replaces fields we don't want, and we need to temporarily disable it.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper solved the password share between teams. With keeper we can share password together in secure way.

 ### 36. Comprehensive Password Manager

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Mobile Search Columnist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Its integration over devices, browsers, and apps.

Keeping passwords secure and having overall admin oversight.

I like the scoring system and having a security audit to get employees scores up.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

It could be more seamless and can be difficult herding cats within the company to use it fully.

The login popups are a bit cumbersome vs what Google/Chrome provides in autofilling.

**Recommendations to others considering Keeper Password Manager:**

This product I would recommend to use as a business password manager in keeping business assets safe and secure.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NIST and SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and overall security for company related passwords.

Its beneficial to have all these passwords in one repository when an employee leaves the company to access later.

 ### 37. good password manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben K. | IT Manager, Civil Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

saves passwords, auto fills, has password generator. key reason we use is SSO integration and not requiring master password for end users

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

inconsistent mobile app. been struggling with their support since got product. They finally got IOS app to work without requiring you to login everytime you use their app. But they have been unable to get android app to function. Windows app has been solid.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing users to save password without using notepads, excel, etc...

 ### 38. effective and simple

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mouhcine o. | Admin system, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

integration with Chrome and Android phone

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

the fact that it does not support special characters in copy-paste within the Windows application.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The perfect integration with the browser saves me a lot of time and I no longer remember my passwords that are too complicated at all.

 ### 39. Easy deployment, easy administration, peace of mind

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is a highly secure and feature-rich password manager known for its zero-knowledge architecture, meaning only you have access to your data. It offers a clean, intuitive interface across platforms, strong encryption, and advanced features like secure file storage, dark web monitoring, and role-based access controls for teams. The browser extension and mobile apps are reliable and fast, and Keeper’s family and business plans provide excellent scalability and management tools. Its audit features and security reports also make it easy to maintain good password hygiene.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Some advanced features, like BreachWatch or secure file storage, require additional subscription tiers, which may be off-putting for users expecting all-in-one pricing. Additionally, initial setup for enterprise users can be a bit complex due to the wide range of configuration options.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved to keeper to replace our ad-hoc (and insecure) password management system. Keeper has been a serious improvement for our security posture and ease of credential sharing.

 ### 40. Keeper is easy and efficient!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

What I find the most helpful of Keeper is remembering hard to remember passwords for use down the line. I also use the password generator which is very good for creating very secure passwords. Saving secrets is also a plus. Lastly, being able to share passwords and password folders within my team is great, we can share system and service account password in a smart and secure way. Customer Support was spot on when we had to implement the Keeper Automator! I use it everyday and our users inside the labs use it with the automator everyday as well.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

I think the only downside to Keeper is on the iOS side of things. It doesn't seem to be able to create passwords and remember passwords when using the iPhone app. And it seems to only work best when in the browser rather than in individual apps.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure all the different services we as an organization have to log into are using different and very secure passwords.

 ### 41. Keeper Password Manager helps out a lot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fengnan T. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, customer support is fine

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Pricing is a bit high, customer/tech service doesn't have Chinese language support

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have Keeper Business basic plan for the centralized management to a group of users and a lot of login credentials and shared with the whole business admin team without worry about logins are leaked intentionally or accidentally. I switched to use Keeper from LastPass a few years ago because LastPass doesn't work properly in China and their customer/tech service was really bad to be honest, I don't have these issues with Keeper at all so far.

 ### 42. A Must-Have for Secure Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

We’ve been using Keeper for a while now, every day basically, and it’s been a game-changer for our team. It allows us to securely share passwords and sensitive credentials without resorting to risky methods like chats or emails. No more worrying about leaks or someone accidentally forwarding the wrong message!

The interface is intuitive, and setting up shared vaults for different teams or projects is super easy. Everyone has access to what they need, and we maintain complete control and visibility over permissions. It really brings peace of mind knowing our sensitive information is protected by top-notch security.

If you’re still sharing passwords over Slack or email, do your team a favor and switch to Keeper—you won’t look back!

Great customer support! and fairly easy to integrate with any current setup.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The user interface, while functional, can feel a bit overwhelming for new users—especially those not very tech-savvy. A more guided onboarding experience or in-app tips would help smooth the learning curve.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If you’re still sharing passwords over Slack or email, do your team a favor and switch to Keeper

 ### 43. Simple, secure, and easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is really easy to use — I love that it’s super intuitive and doesn’t overwhelm you with too many features. It saves all my passwords securely, and I can access them quickly on both my phone and laptop. The autofill feature works smoothly in most browsers, and I like that I can organize my logins into folders. I also appreciate the extra layer of security with 2FA options.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Not much to complain about, honestly. If I had to nitpick, I’d say sometimes the autofill doesn't work on certain sites. But that’s rare, and it's easy to copy and paste manually when needed.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper helps me manage dozens of passwords without having to remember them all or reuse the same ones. It’s taken a huge mental load off — I don’t worry about forgetting logins or having weak passwords anymore. It also helps me stay more secure online since I can generate strong, unique passwords for every account. Plus, having everything synced across devices means I always have access, whether I’m on my phone or computer.

 ### 44. Great Option for Business AND Home Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is easy to use out of the box, and easy to configure options when using a business or enterprise account. The free "Family Account" for users while they are part of a business account is a great incentive to get people to treat all their passwords securely and the numerous browser plugins / mobile app allows for pre-fill of passwords so they are essentially set and forget.

A number of additional configuration options have been added in the 3 years we have been a business customer, which have made security around sharing passwords even better. The support team have always been helpful when required.

Usage reporting in the administration console is very helpful to understand who is using the platform, and how, as well as consolidated reporting on weak / potentially compromised passwords.

In all after using Keeper for Business and home use for the past 7 years, I'm happy with what it brings to the table.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Unfortunately you cannot manage common business administration tasks like password resets due to Keeper's security approach. This can be negated by configuring SSO if your plan allows for it, however this, too, is somewhat of a cumbersome configuration compared to many other applications but well worth the security it provides.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure password storage for individuals, centralised password management for shared accounts and the ability to create one-time shared links for third parties when providing things like API keys, etc. that should be transferred securely.

 ### 45. I love to use Keeper because it actually feels safe. The tool is powerful.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** SAM B. | Director of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The autofill is the most helpful. When I get to work for the day, password management is seamless. One of the items that I think makes it unique is the fact that it forces you to put in your Authenticator code with MFA before the password. My history with other vendors was not as solid. Keeper is one of the apps that I have open all of the time being a SysAdmin. The Search function is key too.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Sometimes it seems that websites get confused if I have a similar login for sub-sites. Also sometimes the autofill icon is in front of the selection that needs to be made on the website to verify before hitting enter. I have to manually turn it off when I am logging in to some sites.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we moved away from our MSP. My access to a password vault went with them. I needed something now and Keeper delivered a perfect Business Model starting us down the road of zero trust.

**Official Response from Lauren Clark:**

> Hi Sam- Thank you for your review! We are always happy to hear how Keeper is providing value to our clients. Keeper is proud to provide world-class security with a zero-knowledge and zero-trust architecture to protect your accounts and important data. For any questions you may have, please visit our support website at www.keepersecurity.com/support.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Just not having dark mode, the other things suit me

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminate passwords in notebooks, written down anywhere

 ### 47. Top features, too bad it's not a French solution

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martial B. | Responsable du Système d’Information et de l’Organisation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

The simplicity of use, the features, and the responsiveness of the editor

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

Solution not French, apart from that everything is great

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized and secure password management

 ### 48. Excellent Password Management for Teams and Individuals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

Keeper is an excellent tool for managing and sharing passwords securely, especially in larger environments. However, it's also great for personal use.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

There should be a more effective method to ensure that users actually use the application.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeper assists us in maintaining strong, secure passwords for our third-party services, while also making it simple and safe to share access to these services with others.

 ### 49. Keeper works well for our Mid Size Enterprise

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug S. | Manager of Network Operations & Information Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

It's pretty easy to use, adoption is not that difficult and once the light goes on for people and they get it, and stop using spreadsheets, they like it and more importantly they use it. Also, any employee with a license also gets a separate home use license.
I also like the way we can share passwords among the team, store MFA tokens in keeper instead of tying them to one persons phone.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

A minor issue, but the keeper icon that appears in password boxes on web pages covers the little eye icon to see the password. It's mildly annoying. You can still tab and get to that icon, but really they should move it.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Securely storing and sharing passwords and MFA tokens

 ### 50. Secure + Detailed Password Manager

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peyton H. | IT Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?**

I like the security audit feature which gives you a view of all of your passwords and evaluates them for strength and uniqueness. It makes it easy to look at all your passwords and determine which ones need to be updated. On top of this it shows you records at risk in a data leak with the breach watch.

**What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?**

The interface was a bit confusing at first, it just took me some getting used to, but the folders and sorting of passwords makes it easy to find the ones youre looking for.

**What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use keeper as a user and admin, and its helpful for both personal use and for my organization. We have a number of users in our organization that need to share passwords, and keeper makes it easy and secure to share folders, rather than users sharing over email or other unsecure channels. It also allows us to see if people are using strong passwords, resuing passwords, or at risk, so that we can reach out to our users and get them up to better security standards.
