It is easy to pick up and deploy company wide. The user interface is good enough, and it is easy to share the data with other employees a teams. There is a wide range of items you can save in the vault. Can save also payment cards information. The security is quite a high level. The mobile and desktop apps work well. Chrome extension is very helpful for saving and using passwords in the browser. What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager? The user interface is a little outdated but works well. With the leaving employees, the transfer is a little tricky but manageable. I like how easy Keeper makes it to import passwords from Chrome. The process is quick, straightforward, and does not require much technical knowledge. I also appreciate that saved passwords are organized clearly and can be accessed across multiple devices. The browser extension is convenient because it can automatically fill login information and suggest saving new passwords. What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager? Keeper could improve the password import process for iOS users, especially those who primarily use Safari on iPads and iPhones. The current steps are not very clear or easy to find, and I was unable to complete the import without scheduling an appointment for assistance. Since many users in my organization rely on Apple devices, a simpler guided import process, clearer instructions, or an in-app walkthrough would make deployment much easier. Keeper has a few nice features, the integrations into web browsers makes filling in user names and passwords automatic as you open the page and if you do need to change your password you can just click through the walkthrough and it generates and saves your new password with no fuss. Keeper is a fast password manager, from loading the page keeper has autofilled the details and logged you in, the amount of time it saves is great and if any issues arise the support is great and back you back up and running in no time. A lot of the features we did have...like breach watch now require a different level of license which i suppose is what a lot of companies are doing but tech now you do get less for the license fee. It keeps our organization’s passwords secure and means we only have to remember our Keeper password. The browser extension is handy for quick access and the auto-fill feature works great. There isn’t a whole lot that I dislike, but if I’m being picky, I don’t like that you have to complete 2FA before typing in your vault password. That feels backwards compared to other platforms. We’ve also run into a few cases where we had to re-invite employees using an alternate email address because they didn’t receive the initial account invitation, or it expired.
