Price is right but falls short in usefulness **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025 **What do you like best about Keeper Password Manager?** The pricing for the basics is one of the lowest that we have found. It works fine as a basic password vault. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** The primary use of a password manager is to integrate with a browser or other software for ease of use - at least for personal reasons. Then to allow for storage and sharing within teams. In both of these areas, Keeper falls short. It doesn't seem to work well when using in conjunction with the Chrome browser. If fills records not needed and doesn't come up when there are multiple matches. It just doesn't seem to work as good as alternatives in the market. From a sharing perspective, it works fine but there isn't anything special. One big component that seemst to be missing is the ability to setup up shared MFA / One time use passwords. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration with Chrome - needs to be better and more intuative. Shared MFA for test/dev accounts would be a huge win ### 2. Poor Customer Service. I have been trying to get help with our single sign on for about a year ago. They never called me back. I left phone messages and emails. We still don't have single sign on setup properly. I am using a work around. Have not had it store the password when I use this feature. **What problems is Keeper Password Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows my team to share passwords securely. Allows for one-time password shares. Allows to share a multi-factor authentication code. Saves time and frustration for my team. Enables us to get in to sites quickly and keep performing. ### 4. Cheapest corporate password manager I found. **What do you dislike about Keeper Password Manager?** They screwed up the billing, charging my personal account for our corporate account. Anyone offering a password manager should be hyper-organised so these kinds of problems are a concern.
