From an organisational perspective being able to administer employee accounts using the admin console has helped the adoption of the software throughout the company. It's easy to administer and the users have the confidence that they can just use the manager and not worry about the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are occasions when I've selected autofill and auto submit, yet I still have to manually prompt a website to use a particular password record. It's a little frustrating that the keeper prompts appears at every username/password field and is quite intrusive on the screen. It takes effort to close it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really amazing ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Changing Localization seems difficult, and received no help. That's really bad 😵
2. Pricing is a bit frustrated. You have to buy licence per user, that common practice, so no problem. 45$/user/year, is ok. But then, if you want Advance report, it's 0,71€/user/month, KeeperChat is 1,42€/user/month, Compliance Reporting 0.83$/user/month, ... I mean, just charge a licence, increase pricing a bit and make all product available !!
1.87$/user/month for a chat ! Have you heard of Google Chat, Discord, WhatsApp, ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It works well enough, pricing is reasonable, you can share folders with other organizations. Sharing with external people was a deciding factor in using Keeper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It constantly logs out even though I select 30 days expiry and I have to log back in and put 2 step codes in frequently. It's overly complicated with tons of features that most people simply don't need. One of my guys accidentally deleted an entire folder, and it wouldn't restore; I contacted support for help, and they were zero help, so I've had to slowly add logins back as I run into missing ones. After the sales process they don't seem too interested in helping with any support items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
From a password reset tool, it works great. Our employees rely on this service and we haven't had any issues with the tool itself and the functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The account management process requires improvement. We only hear from the account management when it's time to renew. Communication regarding issues with the yearly renewal was communicated via email. Why couldn't we discuss the issues and next step on a call. This was never suggested, which dragged the issue, that lead to we only a short period of time before we lost access to our account. Banking information wasn't shared until we finally made payment to what was old banking information. Credit card on file belonged to someone, whom I believe no longer worked for Orion. It was a very messy experience. Last year and the year prior, the unit price was different from the invoice to the online charge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeper is one of the best password managers. It's easy to use and very secure.
The browser plugins simplify usage.
Keeper has great getting started tutorials, which help coworkers or family comprened password managers and quickly start using them.
The security audit and 'BreachWatch' feature help identify if your logins might be too weak or potentially compromised.
Excellent secure sharing of entries for both Enterprise and personal.
Customer support is great.
The product is very easy to implement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting started can be a slight learning curve for anyone new to password managers. The tutorial go a long way towards addressing this. Some additional introductory and getting started lessons would help remedy this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeper keeps passwords organized within folders and sub-folders; you can also create more folders and inside those folders create records as well as files and photos to keep safe.
You can set Keeper to self-destruct after five attempts of failed logins and destroy those files that are kept safe.
The level of encryption is multi-tiered, and the most advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I got nothing negative to say about Keeper at this point; it s straightforward to use and relatively pleasant to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NINE years ago, our organization began looking for a secure, trusted application for the ever growing need for password management. I had some personal experience with some others, but their security seemed weak. I like Keeper's basic premise of creating a highly encrypted password file, kept locally on the device. While the Internet can be used to replicate the file elsewhere, I like that it is available, even with no Internet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You need to create a master password or phrase. We set the bar high at 16 characters which include at minimum 2 flavors (Caps, lc, #, special characters) of each. Initially, users can struggle with this, but quickly they retain this requirement and develop some muscle memory to use daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The program is reliable; it stores all my passwords, so I don't have to remember them. When I need to create new passwords, it provides suggestions and also checks the vulnerability of the passwords I’m using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
he only thing is that it detects where to enter the password and places the logo in the same spot where the eye icon usually is to view what you're typing. I haven't figured out how to remove it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Keeper Password Manager offers excellent management options for administrators, including a wide variety of settings and customizations. Features like (SSO integration, user provisioning, and robust access controls make it ideal for business environments. The platform also provides secure sharing and detailed activity logs, enhancing security and compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The autofill feature does not always fill in address fields properly, especially in scenarios where Chrome’s native autofill works more effectively. While Keeper excels in administrative capabilities, this aspect can be a drawback for users expecting seamless field population. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, struggeling to find anything good!! Hardly ever use it, maybe 1 a month. I prefer Bitwarden and we will eventually make this transition. Keeper is difficult to use and implementing it was a pain as well. Do not use it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just about everything. Horrible GUI, lack of automation, poor documentation (outdated and sometimes inaccurate), bad customer service, raises the cost significantly after first yr or 3 yr (which ever you signed for). Integrations and features were over promised and all under delivered or didnt deliver at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I search, I have confidence that it checks all parts of the entries for my terms. That means if someone gives me a shorthand name for a site or just the address, I can add those to the general notes or create a new field. That way, I can always find that entry when I use any of the associated terms.
I have not seen any issues when using Keeper in coordination with dozens of other users. That means the technicians in the field are getting the right information that I am putting in to help them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see better deliniation of who has access to what entries. When I created a new entry for credentials only related to myself, it ended up in a shared folder despite being in "My Vault". I'm sure I could be using it better, but it was not obvious by context.
