## About KeepCard
KeepCard is a pre-return resolution software product for Shopify and WooCommerce merchants that helps reduce avoidable returns before they enter the standard return or refund workflow. It is designed for ecommerce brands that want to intercept return intent earlier, verify customer orders in real time, present controlled retention offers for eligible cases, and route ineligible or higher-risk cases to the merchant’s normal return process. KeepCard is typically used by merchants that receive preference-based returns such as size, fit, changed-mind, or “not as expected” requests. Instead of sending every customer directly into a return flow, the product gives merchants a way to offer an alternative resolution before reverse logistics begins. Customers can enter the flow through QR insert cards placed in packages, direct links, or other post-purchase touchpoints. Once inside the flow, KeepCard verifies order information and applies merchant-defined rules to determine whether a keep offer should be shown or whether the case should be escalated to the store’s existing return path. The product includes configuration tools for setting offer amounts by return reason, along with discount floors, ceilings, and fallback logic. It also includes fraud protection settings such as repeated-claim checks, risk response modes, and controls for limiting offer exposure. Merchants can define where customers go after declining an offer, including passing order context into an external return portal. KeepCard also provides operational reporting so merchants can measure how the workflow is performing over time. Analytics include returns prevented, keep conversion rate, refund value saved, discounts issued, net recovered value, and related session activity. Session-level views provide additional detail on outcomes, order verification, customer signals, and review history. Common use cases include reducing low-value or preference-based returns, preserving margin on eligible orders, testing offer strategies by reason code, and adding more control before return logistics start. KeepCard is used as a layer before the merchant’s existing return process rather than as a full replacement for return management or customer support systems.

## KeepCard Reviews
  ### 1. Helps Us Manage Return Intent More Clearly

**What do you like best about KeepCard?**

KeepCard helps us handle return intent earlier, before every case automatically becomes a return request. For a fashion store, that is useful because not every return starts from the same problem. Some customers need more clarity, some changed their mind, and some simply need a smoother path into the right resolution. We like that KeepCard gives us a structured way to verify orders, apply reason-based keep offers, and keep our existing WooCommerce return process in place for cases that still need it.

**What do you dislike about KeepCard?**

The main downside is that you get the best results after spending some time configuring the offer logic and testing what works by return reason. It is not difficult to use, but it works better once the setup is tuned to your store.

**What problems is KeepCard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KeepCard helps us reduce avoidable returns by creating a decision layer before the normal return flow. For a fashion business, that is valuable because some returns are preference-based, such as fit, style, or changed-mind cases, while others still need a standard return process. Since using KeepCard, we have seen around a 20% reduction in avoidable returns, which has helped us save margin and spend less time handling cases that did not need to become full return requests. It also gives us better visibility into outcomes through the dashboard, so we can see what is working and adjust our approach over time.
