I`d say the minimum you might need to analyze listings. The customer support is pretty hasty. I`d say keepa is the bare minimum you need to sell on amazon if you don`t use your own software. The best thing about Keepa is that it helps me predict the future price of the product. I can bookmark products and Keepa notifies me whenever there is a discount on it. The best thing about Keepa is that it provides the history of prices for a given product that you can track and also it provides those history list from multiple platforms. So you can choose when and where to purchase the desired product with the information you get from Keepa. You can add the extension to your browser and track things from there. One thing that I didn't like about Keepa is that it is mainly for Amazon and didn't have all the online stores access that I use. I think the fact that the UX of the tool is very old school is not great, if it could summarise the information better then it would add more value for me personally. The mobile app it's not at the same level of the website or browser plugin, I don't use it too much. I benefit from Keepa because I can set a threshold on tracked products and it sends me a notification when the price lowered that threshold. This helps in saving money. Keepa is one of the best tools for product sourcing for FBA or FBM on Amazon's marketplace. The best thing I love to use here is the Keepa Graph which accurately shows product details. We recently prepared many reports containing prices analysis, mainly from Amazon. So this program helped us produce the reports faster than before. This software is primarily for individual sellers on Amazon. But we prefer to use it to get data on prices and customers' tendencies. In this meaning, I think we found a helpful program.
