**What do you like best about Keep In Touch?**

Keep in touch is the very easy to use and easy to impliment . all functionality are the user friendly while useing day to day activity, offers lots of features.  intigration was easy and quick. our client use this CRM daily without any isuue. company provides fast customer service on the go.using daily.

**What do you dislike about Keep In Touch?**

This tool is very userfriendly but as per my review, there are space to improve navigation as sometime all function was confusing. UX will be improve as per my bird view.

**What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My client Sobha builders working in Dubai to india with multipal sites and projects. they have commercial to resedential projects so, they have tones of sales inquirey and wendor details. their sales team facing the contatc details and followup details with depth of customer visit to followups. there was the communication gap and it was solved via using this Keep in touch tool.

**What do you like best about Keep In Touch?**

This tool is difficult to use. It is hectic to navigate. Not all of its functions are straightforward. There is room, for improvement in terms of navigation overall, it provides a poor user experience.

**What do you dislike about Keep In Touch?**

The search feature is a bit tricky at times. With some trial and error, it becomes difficult to filter and find calls. The interface needs to be increased to make call lookups easier. Unnecessary graphics hinder the user experience.

**What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep In Touch has been obstructive, for my business. Using this software managing my contacts and nurturing relationships is a nightmare. With Keep In Touch I am unable to effortlessly handle my contacts set reminders.

I like the dashboards analysis which helps me to take quick view my daily updated data also it helps me to take quick decisions through dashboards. Managing and reporting of data very easier through keep in touch

The one thing I can say finding the options is little bit tough otherwise all thing are best for me

**What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to save and manage my daily data that is used to forecast my sales record and with the hepl of dashboards saving my time also I can suggest my team mates based on the forecasted data.

App gives me Awesome contact management, the best thing is that it has automated followups

its quite complex and requires time and effort to fully use all the features effectively.

For me its mostly the Contact orgarinsation,It saves my time by automated followups as the process is very streamlined.

Keep In Touch helps organise large amounts of customer data, especially when wokring with high-volume customer queries, be it through sales or through customer service

Search function can be a bit tricky - filtering to specific calls takes a bit of trial and error to do

**What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its really streamlined our sales team workflow processes, and allows us to all be able to see the notes for each call and understand the sales funnel for this customer

The portal is very easy to use and it shows the accurate data of the employees of their daily activities. It shows the graph chart and bar chats as well to analyse easily.

**What do you dislike about Keep In Touch?**

There are no much dislikes about keep in touch the portal is little bit tricky to understand but if we get used to it we can learn it quickly rathere than this there are no cons.

**What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting the data in one place resolves the majore issue of the data managment and the data is secured in this portal because it does bot allow 3rd party access to our data.

I like the data availability the best for Keep In Touch. The note-taking function is useful for keeping relevant information about meetings with customers. Good for record management. I also like their insightful display of data.

**What do you dislike about Keep In Touch?**

Not as user-friendly as I hoped. Navigation could be simpler.

**What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem it solves would probably be the organization of customers and their files.

**What do you like best about Keep In Touch?**

I use this for my own record of my calls with customers and it helps my future sales. I may not meet with a customer other than on our quarterly review calls. It is hard to remember past conversations and details about customer's business landscape which I need in order to be successful. After rewatching our meetings on Gong I feel fully prepared to jump back into a call with them and they feel as though I know them better.

**What do you dislike about Keep In Touch?**

Looking up specific calls in Gong can be a bit frustrating. However, overall very useful product. Very little to complain about as I use the product and understand how to navigate it better.

**Recommendations to others considering Keep In Touch:**

Make interface to look up calls easier. get rid of the graph.

**What problems is Keep In Touch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer need to take notes. I can recall details about customers and previous calls and be a better account manager. My performance has increased immensley.

**What do you like best about Keep In Touch?**

Keep In Touch Sales System is the best Construction CRM I have ever worked which I will highly recommend to the Builders. It is backed by unconventional tools that always construction experts to manage their Sales, Quotes, and Costs throughout the engagement. It is a great tool when it comes to 
making construction estimates, construction accounting, and above all job Costing.

Expensive compared to Axispointe
Slow speed

Great Tool for the builders or people associated with the construction industry. Must go for it
