Keep Booked is for UK small businesses that lose callers when they can't get to the phone: barbers, salons, plumbers, electricians, garages and the trades. When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text within seconds with the business's booking link, or "reply and we'll call you back", so they don't ring the next place. Around that: a booking page that only shows real free times, per-person services and prices, confirmations and reminder texts that cut no-shows, Google review requests after each visit, voicemails written down (and, on Solo and Team, booked from), quotes sent from a phone and chased automatically, invoices and payment reminders, and an optional AI assistant that answers texts. Businesses keep their own number and divert unanswered calls, or take a Keep Booked business number that rings their mobile. Setup is free self-serve (about ten minutes) or £49 done with you. Plans from £39 a month with texts included, no commission on bookings, no long contract, and 30 days to change your mind.
