## About Keegix
Keegix is a digital welcome book for short-term rental hosts. Every host answers the same questions over and over: where's the lockbox, what's the wifi password, which bin goes out Thursday, how does this thermostat work, where do we park. Keegix puts all of it on one link you paste into your booking message. Guests open it in any phone browser — no app to download, no account to create. Each property starts with the sections most places need: check-in steps, wifi with a copy button, parking, house rules, appliances, trash day, local picks, emergency contacts and a checkout list. Rename them, hide the ones that don't apply, reorder them, and add photos where a picture explains something faster than a paragraph. A letter-size QR sign downloads as a PDF for the door or the fridge. The link and the QR code never change, so you can update the wifi password or the checkout list and guests see the new version without you reprinting anything. If you want the guide private, set a guest password and share it in your booking message. Keegix deliberately does not handle bookings, payments or calendar sync. It sits beside whatever you already use rather than replacing it. Free for one property, no card required. $9 CAD per property per month for multiple properties, custom colours and unlimited photos. There's also a $39 CAD setup service: send rough notes and photos, and the welcome book is built for you and delivered under your own account.
