Keaz is a specialized WhatsApp marketing solution built for Shopify, designed specifically for small and mid-sized e-commerce brands in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The platform enables merchants to easily run effective WhatsApp newsletter campaigns focused on reactivating existing customers—without the need for prior experience or a dedicated marketing team. Unlike many other WhatsApp tools, Keaz is built with one goal in mind: driving more revenue through better conversions. Instead of focusing on customer support features, Keaz minimizes support-related workload on WhatsApp, allowing users to fully focus on marketing and sales. At the heart of Keaz are its Journeys: These allow automated messages to be triggered by events in Shopify—ensuring that reactivation campaigns are sent at the optimal time with the highest likelihood of converting. It’s a data-driven approach to customer engagement that helps merchants turn timing into a competitive advantage. Keaz is known for its clean user interface and ease of use. It includes everything merchants need to scale their business with WhatsApp: smart automation, clear analytics, powerful segmentation, and fast campaign setup. Keaz positions itself as the leading WhatsApp marketing tool for small and medium-sized Shopify stores in the DACH region, helping brands turn WhatsApp into one of their most profitable marketing channels.
