It helps to complete a variety of tasks within a couple of minutes. Uploading files can be done really quickly and I can upload several files that aren't zipped in less than a minute. Besides, I like that the files that you have deleted can be recovered. Easy to use, lots of space and convenient tools. **What do you dislike about Kdan Cloud?** I think 1 TB of space is enough for some teams/companies, but we're already running out of space just after a few months. This means either storing our files on hard drives for later use/retrieval or switching to a cloud/drive with more space. **Recommendations to others considering Kdan Cloud:** This is a great cloud in many ways, but I think it's best for individual use or for smaller teams due to both the space you get. **What problems is Kdan Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** This cloud storage solution has been really helpful, no doubt. Work can be done on the go because there are no problems in using the files that are already uploaded to the cloud even if you have a weak Internet connection. I can easily send files to my co-workers or check out the files that they are sharing with me. Great for productivity. ### 2. For instance, when I use their video editor or any of the other apps, I upload all the unfinished projects and they are accessible from the other devices too, even if I open them on my mobile device. It simplifies document storage for me as well - I use it to store both work and personal files. Everything is easy to share, both folders and individual files, it's great for collaboration and has been working quite well for me so far. **What do you dislike about Kdan Cloud?** It's a shame that when I load a new file to this cloud, I can't open it right away by clicking on the window with the freshly uploaded files. I have to look for the file amongst the other ones in the list or by typing its name in the search bar. Compared to other online cloud storages where this feature is readily available, it was a little inconvenient to adjust, but I'm used to it now. **Recommendations to others considering Kdan Cloud:** Since 1TB is the limit, just make sure you won't need more space eventually because having to move all your files is a big hassle. **What problems is Kdan Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Kdan Cloud, one thing that has definitely changed is how easy it is to share documents and files now. My team is pretty small, so we don't need a whole lot of space and 1TB is plenty for us. The file synchronization and shared team folders are useful, I can access all my files on my phone, my laptop and my desktop. Can't complain and I think my productivity has increased, and so has my team's ### 3. Usually it takes me some time to figure out what's what, but with this particular cloud storage, I just got the app on my phone, signed up and started uploading all the files that were taking up my phone and my notebook. I'm kind of late to the whole cloud-storage solution, so I'm glad this app/software is easy to set up. **What do you dislike about Kdan Cloud?** I've been using Kdan cloud for about a year now, and so far I don't have any complaints. I'll update this review if I find something that bothers me. Hopefully I don't. **Recommendations to others considering Kdan Cloud:** The biggest amount of space you can get with Kdan Cloud is 1TB - it's enough for me and for my work, but I can imagine this not being nearly enough for others. **What problems is Kdan Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I actually have my colleagues-freelancers using this as well - we have a team-shared folder, so now it's much easier to collaborate, on documents, and the fact that I'm able to access all my files across all my devices is just great. ### 4. Another great thing about this cloud service is the user interface. It's bright, colorful and simple. There are no unnecessary icons or functions such as endless small buttons or tabs. All the basics you need are right there: files, links, shared folders, team and trash - very easy to use. **What do you dislike about Kdan Cloud?** The website behaves weirdly sometimes. Many errors occur on the page and I have to reload it pretty frequently. It's not super buggy, but the page does have to be reloaded. Another thing is that this platform is missing a tutorial. When I suggested to my colleague to check this platform out, there were quite a few questions on their side regarding the app. I hope the creators take care of it. **Recommendations to others considering Kdan Cloud:** You can forget about loading files by one by one - something that I was used to doing with my previous cloud storages. This cloud is fast and easy, I love how everything syncs across my devices and it works well on both my phone and my desktop. **What problems is Kdan Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** This cloud software works really fast. In terms of loading files to the cloud, it's one of the best, in my opinion. I don't have to load files one after another - I can just load them all at once, which takes just a couple of seconds. But apart from being a time-saver, this program is good for optimizing workspace since communication between co-workers becomes easier and faster. ### 5. I like the accessibility and ease of use.. **What do you dislike about Kdan Cloud?** This particular storage works best with the native Kdan Mobile apps, so uploading other kinds of files can be tricky and take longer to upload. I wish it was easier to upload all kinds of files to this cloud, still. **Recommendations to others considering Kdan Cloud:** You get 1TB of free memory. If you want, you'll have to start paying. **What problems is Kdan Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like any other cloud storage, Kdan Cloud is quite simple. You don't have to store anything on your phone, everything uploads directly to the cloud, freeing up your space. I can access my files/documents from my phone, my laptop and my iPad. Very convinient. ### 6. You don't necessarily have to download it, you can use the website version as well. It's fast and the interface is as simple as it gets. The understanding of how the tools work comes right away since there is a nice tutorial section (FAQs), where every instruction has screenshots, which makes it easy for a newcomer to adjust to the unfamiliar features. Besides, the cloud connects all Kdan software and if you use any of them, it's really convenient to have all the data synchronized. **What do you dislike about Kdan Cloud?** It's a shame that there is no mobile version for Android OS. In general it's okay to only be able to use the browser version, but it would be a little more convenient if there was an app. I work on my phone quite often, and I keep a lot of files on there. So I don't always have time to share them between my devices, that's why it would be good to have Kdan Cloud on the smartphone as well. **Recommendations to others considering Kdan Cloud:** Don't hesitate to load files or folders of large sizes since the system zips them automatically so that you're able to work with files of large sizes online. I recommend using this feature and not bothering with zipping files yourself. Besides, it doesn't take long from the program to load your documents, which is a great time-saver. **What problems is Kdan Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** The program helps me with keeping all my files in good order. I like how the folders can be sorted easily, so finding the exact one takes no time at all. In general, the software helps with staying in touch with coworkers or clients and share files or folders with them. Since you're able to recover deleted files, I can always undo something I deleted accidentally. Very convenient. ### 7. All documents are copied independently and directly in the order you used them. **What do you dislike about Kdan Cloud?** I was able to link my Dropbox to Kdan Cloud, but I also use Yandex Cloud, and you can't link the two, so that was a bit disappointing. **Recommendations to others considering Kdan Cloud:** This is an all-around good cloud service. I haven't experienced any issues, really. My files are there when I need to view or share them, I can access everything on both my iPhone and MacBook Air, and I recommend to those looking for a simple solution that gets the job done. **What problems is Kdan Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this cloud for my work documents. All my clouds have designated files in them, so with this particular one I browse, edit and share/collaborate on things with my coworkers.
