Kavric, the contractor operating system, runs the whole job from one place so the office and the field stop working off scattered apps and spreadsheets. Its tagline says it plainly: manage the job, not the mess. Built for construction, remodel, and general-contracting businesses, Kavric covers estimating, customers and leads, jobs, scheduling, tasks, subcontractors, materials, invoicing, and payments. Estimates carry typed line items, a materials library, change orders, share links, and one-click PDF and invoice creation. A built-in markup protection feature shows the customer a single materials-and-supplies total while keeping individual item prices private. Field tools include clock in and out, a calendar, 811 ticket tracking, JSA safety documentation, file storage, and reporting. AI runs throughout, drafting line descriptions, suggesting materials, writing follow-ups, and assisting across the workspace. Kavric was designed by a builder, not a software team guessing at the trade. Its founder brings 30-plus years in construction across four generations of builders, including 14 years as a licensed residential and commercial inspector and two decades as a GC and home builder. Every workflow reflects how real jobs actually run, from first estimate to final closeout.
