Katto is an AI video clipping tool for creators. Paste a YouTube URL or upload a video (up to 90 min): the pipeline finds the best moments, scores each clip for virality (Hook/Flow/Value/Trend) with a written explanation, reframes intelligently to 9:16 (face tracking, split screen for two speakers, grid for panels, gaming stacked layout), and even clips videos without speech (sports, gameplay, trailers). It burns animated captions in 99 languages and can dub your clip into 8 languages. Publish or schedule directly to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Mastodon and Threads. Katto is a flat-priced, no-credits alternative to OpusClip, Klap, Vizard and Submagic — one subscription, multiple scored clips, no per-minute credits to ration.
