Katen is management software for personal trainers and training studios in Spain (Spanish-language) that takes admin off your plate so you spend more time with your clients, and it adapts to your studio. It brings the team schedule, bookings, session packs and payment tracking into one place. Clients book from their own app, where they see their next session, the sessions left on their pack, their training plan, log sets and weights, track progress and chat with the studio. Session packs and monthly packs are deducted automatically and can be set to never expire. Clients get automatic email reminders and can change or cancel an already-booked session from a link, within the windows you set. Reports show attendance, occupancy and pending payments. The Pro plan adds your own name, logo and colour on the client app, several locations and online card payments for packs. Free 14-day trial, no card required.
