Kastle is a full-featured security product that offers door (entry) and surveillance options to help provide a complete protection suite. Onboarding was great. I met the Kastle representative at the office and we walked the entire space noting what I was looking for. Afterwards, we received a recommendation that we customized to our budget. The system is easy to manage and Kastle is always available to answer any questions. However, what I like best is the support. Inevitably, there are occasional small issues that can impact your system, and Kastle has always been quick to respond and help resolve them. That responsiveness is my favorite part of the product. They are a bit on the pricey side but overall, they cover all aspects of security and their personal touch is appreciated. I mentioned the support before - the support is top notch. We have solutions that are unique to staff but more intensive for guests. We have monitoring located throughout the building for safety purposes. We have a dvr that records up to 1 month back for security purposes. The system is critical to offering our employees and the company peace of mind when it comes to security. What do you dislike about Kastle? A few times, the Operations Center has added us to a ticket that wasn’t ours, which has caused some confusion. I think closer oversight could help prevent this. I like Kastle's friendly customer service and very efficient crew. The ability to set a holiday schedule to lock the building automatically throughout the year with no hassle is a great feature. It also allows medical practices to provide remote access to patients after hours or during the weekends while keeping the building secure. Good service. We have had a very positive experience working with Kastle. Their access control and building security solutions are reliable, efficient, and easy to manage. Updating badge access permissions is simple through the online platform, and changes take effect quickly for card users. I appreciate that Kastle is highly regarded in the access control space and provides a reliable solution for our building access needs. They are easy to reach when issues arise, which is really valuable for us. Their flexibility and understanding of both larger and smaller buildings, as well as complicated projects, make them an excellent partner. It's particularly helpful that I can call them whenever I need assistance. The initial setup was easy, and their cameras have been simple to install and use, with no issues.
