This included data that is stored online in the cloud system and the data that is stored on-site in computer hard drives that are connected to the internet at all times. The main task that Kaspersky cybersecurity services had to ensure was that the data stored does not get into the hands of third parties with hostile ambitions. Also, they had to ensure that the employees using the system does not become a target of phishing attempts which was a common event at the time. **What do you like best about Kaspersky Cybersecurity Services?** The best thing I liked about Kaspersky Cybersecurity Services is their excellent customer support. The ability to contact a real person whenever an incident happens brings relief to all employees. The prompt replies to emails were also an added bonus. Also, the cybersecurity services did a great job at preventing phishing attempts and other kinds of cyber threats to the company. They were able to successfully neutralize several hacking attempts and similar attempts using malicious software and bugs. Also, I really liked how the service notified the company about any threat almost instantly and reccomended on the steps that should be taken from our side. **What do you dislike about Kaspersky Cybersecurity Services?** The one thing I dislike about Kaspersky Cybersecurity software is the relatively high cost involved. I would have liked the price to be a little affordable for small-scale users. But other than that I do not have any complaints regarding the service. **Recommendations to others considering Kaspersky Cybersecurity Services:** I highly recommend Kaspersky cybersecurity services for small and medium-sized companies that have a threat of data theft. It does a great job at preventing cyber-attacks. **What problems is Kaspersky Cybersecurity Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem I solved using this service was to protect the company data from phishing and hacking attempts. Also, another issue that we were able to solve is to protect against the destruction of data through malicious software and bugs. The great thing about Kaspersky Cybersecurity services was how they provided detailed recommendations instantly in the case of an attack. This made everyone at the institute feel secured to continue their daily work.
