With a little training, which was usefully availble through Kashflow we were on our way. It is so useful to create and moniot invoices, email customers directly and create a detailed log of our accounts. **What do you dislike about KashFlow?** Automatic emails to clients with receipts following paying an invoice would be useful. We have suggested this as feedback. **What problems is KashFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kashflow is keeping track of our customers, allowing us to creat invoices and track these with ease. Being able to link our business banking to Kashflow saves so much time and gives us peace of mind that the accounts are accurate. Being able to send invoices directly, via Kashflow is great. ### 2. It is very intuitive, even if you've not done accounts before. **What do you dislike about KashFlow?** It is a little expensive, in my opinion, but I can't be sure the cheaper alternatives would be as good. **What problems is KashFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having seen what my predecessor had to do in Sage, I was not looking forward to taking over the accounts. The best thing about this accounting software is, it is user friendly it can work like any other accounting software, available at economical cost in comparison of other brands. **What do you dislike about KashFlow?** There is a big issue at the time of reporting by the software. Usually it happens when you file the return through this software itstead of using government utilities. Therefore, it's output require correction otherwise it will heavy penalty of even a single figure go wrong. **What problems is KashFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have use this software at the time of client place which used by his accountant, but we can create many reports through this software like Trial Blance profit and loss a/c balance sheet payroll and many other reports. ### 4. No long Term Contract. **What do you dislike about KashFlow?** The support is slow. Great software for start ups and small businesses **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2015 **What do you like best about KashFlow?** Easy invoicing, good dashboard, simple vat returns, good range of integrated apps which are very handy, good loading speed, lots of nifty functions to make accounting a breeze. I have been using Kashflow from its early days (6-7 years ago), I have enjoyed how the software has evolved, the functionality is great is most areas, and they have integrated with some handy apps for many functions like posting an invoices, direct debit sync, expenses, etc. Support is only via email, although the support staff are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and quick to respond. **What do you dislike about KashFlow?** loading speed slows down on the 1st of every month (due to system overload), reporting function is sufficient but by no means extensive, multi user is still in early stages **Recommendations to others considering KashFlow:** Multi user is something to think about, this is one area they have not cracked well. However they are working on it and multi user is possible with limited functionality for the secondary user. **What problems is KashFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Expenses are a breeze with Kashflow's integrated receipt bank app, invoicing multiple suppliers is very easy and quick, managing vat returns and EU reverse charge vat is a simplified. Overall the biggest achievement for me with Kashflow is that using this cloud app has made my accounting function easy and super efficient.
