The Never-Ending Wait for Customer Service:

Then there’s the whole ordeal with their accounting and billing team. Imagine sending out an SOS and getting a reply long after you’ve forgotten you ever asked for help. We’re talking 3+ months here. And when they do get back to you, there’s this vibe of annoyance because you haven’t paid up — as if waiting on their word wasn’t the reason for the hold-up. Talk about frustrating.

UI: A Blast from the Past:

Navigating Kaseya VSA’s interface is like stepping into a time machine set for the early 2000s. It's clunky, outdated, and anything but user-friendly. In an age where sleek and intuitive designs are the norm, this feels like a major step backward.

A Bug’s Life and Feature Fatigue:

Diving deeper into the software, the number of bugs and missing features is baffling. Even something as simple as running a basic script turns into a major project. And don’t get me started on the installer issues. It’s as if every step forward comes with two steps back.

In all honesty, my experience with Kaseya VSA has been more about navigating a minefield of issues than streamlining IT management. The tech world has moved on, but it feels like this software hasn’t gotten the memo. Kaseya has been an invaluable tool to me. Whether it's RMM, patch mgmt, or simple work flow processes that I am able to automate, they all have been like another employee to my company. I do like that the client allows for remote access tool as well as inventory and other endpoint management tools and the cost is reasonable.
