Additionally, the all-in-one solution simplifies backup disaster recovery, making it fantastic for customers without extra resources for hardware or licenses. Datto BCDR offers multiple pricing options, making it a sensible choice compared to other solutions, especially for small to medium businesses. The confidence it instills in both our team and customers makes it a no-brainer, and I always highly recommend it with a perfect score for recommending to others. I am concerned about the current state of encryption with Datto BCDR, as it has been a bit of a bottleneck. Moreover, I encounter challenges with the integration with Autodesk PSA. Specifically, identifying which BCDR appliance corresponds to which customer in our Autotask system can be problematic, especially when it comes to email alerts.
