I was seeing screenshot error messages, although this issue seems to have been resolved recently. Also, maybe I just can’t find the option, but when removing old BCDR devices I’d really like a wipe option for GDPR reasons. And, like all Kaseya apps, the websites tend to open too many new windows. I wish Datto BCDR did better is simplify its interface a bit, it can feel a little complicated sometimes. I recently did an in-place upgrade from a 6TB to 8TB with the hard disk inside the device (no change in hard disk, just expanding the partition). Originally I had 6TB usable capacity. After the upgrade, I only have 7.2TB capacity. It was a misleading upgrade as the effective free space given is not exactly as published. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
