On the plus side, this nifty tool gives you super realistic phishing simulations. And guess what? You can customize the training modules too! How awesome is that? It's like they made it just for you & your team. This personal touch makes the training way more effective. People are more likely to remember stuff when it feels relevant to them. But, hey, nothing's perfect, right? BullPhish ID has a couple of tiny hiccups. For one, it doesn't have that remediation training thing. You know, where they explain what you missed and WHY. (That would be pretty helpful, don't ya think?) Also, the admins can't see SUPER detailed info on how each person is doing. It's kinda tricky to figure out exactly where someone needs help with spotting those pesky phishing attempts.

BullPhish ID is a great product for managing our staff Security Awareness Trainings. I can log in and send out different trainings, and there are plenty of templates available to cover a whole lot of material. It is very good Email secuirty solution as It has the phishing protecting and identify the suspicius emails as well and prevent them. It has very good user friendly interface that is making us as accessible for any company size. We can easily implement this solution. What I find most impressive about Graphus is its proactive use of AI and machine learning to detect and block sophisticated email threats. Graphus is the tool which i personally found really appreciating for multiple reasons- The very first reason is that it is easy to implement, integrate and controlled. It has been my experience as a BullPhish ID user that the training modules are very detailed and interesting. Business world situations and interactive nature make our team understand cybersecurity better. Particularly, employees can use these applications to learn safely from errors through efficient phishing simulations. Setting up was not so smooth at first; it took us some time to adjust everything according to our needs, there was also a learning curve. Moreover, although the training content is dense, the platform would become even more powerful if it had frequent updates based on most recent methods of phishing. Our team love the amount of user data Dark Web ID manages to pick up. Integrating it with our current systems had to be the easiest process and required very little configuration. Dark Web ID doesn't often diclose where the compromised information had come from. This hinders our ability to determine the impact of the breach. Dark Web ID also tends to take 1-5 days to publish records inside our dashboard even after they have discovered it. We even had an instance where a client had not received and compromises for a little over a year and overnight Dark Web ID had populated our dashboard with hundreds of compromises from ~2 years ago.
