KasbyIQ measures how a real estate agent works and how a brokerage actually runs, so brokers recruit and keep the right agents, and agents choose the right office for how they work. No fit is perfect. Knowing the gaps up front means you can narrow them. Brokers take the free Broker Survey (15 minutes). Agents take How You Work, a short conversation with Ainsley, our AI assistant (15 minutes). Agents get free How You Work scores on six traits: Autonomy, Competence, Relatedness, Grit, Self-Regulation and Emotional Intelligence. Brokers with a KasbyIQ account see how each agent's scores line up with the office, plus a coaching prompt for each agent. Coaching is available now. Introductions are a pilot in Utah. KasbyIQ introduces brokers and agents, then they interview each other and decide. KasbyIQ never picks who you hire. We're building matching now. Seeking early participants. Agents never pay.
