Someone who isn't as tech-savvy would have some issues. **Recommendations to others considering KASA:** I would do some research before committing to one program or another. It is a good starter program to use. **What problems is KASA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Honestly, I don't see myself solving any problems using KASA.
